I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a massive widespread mold problem and didn't realize it until it was too late. The mold had been seriously affecting my health, as well. Pure Air came out the day I called and gave me a free estimate. They were wonderful, but being the skeptic I am, I wanted another opinion from someone who wasn't trying to sell us something. We hired an independent mold inspector who came out the following day. The inspector told us the same things Pure Air did and even recommended the same type of treatment Pure Air offered...without even knowing I'd spoken to Pure Air the day before. That gave me every confidence in this company. What sealed the deal for us completely was that they offered us a military discount without my saying a word about our service. They saw the wall of stuff in our home and took it upon themselves to offer. This was such a nice gesture, as my husband recently retired from the military, and we felt appreciated. Throughout the whole process, they were patient with us as we asked a million questions, they gave us quite the education on mold-from growth to treatment, and calmed our fears regarding my health. Start to finish, they have been nothing but helpful, informative, and professional, even talking to us after hours. They did an incredibly thorough job and found mold in places we hadn't thought to look. When we returned home, I could tell a difference in the air quality, despite battling a sinus infection. Their guarantee is stellar, as well. I'm forever grateful for Pure Air, and while I hope I never need them again, I will never use anyone else...and will recommend them to everyone!
