Providence Landscape/Highgrove Partners

I live in a community where all the yards are maintained by Providence and their fee is included in our quarterly homeowner fee. Overall they do a good job, but the crews that cut the grass are in a hurry to finish.  In their haste to finish mistakes are made.  I have had several bald or scalped locations where the grass was dug out and a a hole or dirt surface was left.  They explain that the yard is not level and this causes the problem.  When I stand out and tell the crew to cut the grass at a slower and more careful rate there are no problems, but I cant always be at home to supervise them every time they come out. They also knocked over my gas grill off the the stone pad in the back yard.

I thought they were professional and did a good job. Their price was not cheap at all, but what we saw of them was pretty good. The gentleman dressed neatly and cleanly and spoke well. he seemed to know what he was doing and presented himself quite well, I thought he did a good job. They are still under consideration, they are quoting for the whole neighborhood and we will all be voting shortly.

They had good reviews. They are very good to work with. They are very professional, show up on time, and do a good job.

My experience with Kenn Orr and his team, has been very positive. I have had some poor experiences with landscape people in this town, so Kenn Orr & his crew were a welcome change. They were punctual, professional & pleasant. I have recommended Ken to others and I'm sure that they will be pleased also. I will have this firm do more work for me in the future.
