"Good evening ,sorry you didn't have a good experience with my services ,unfortunately I did the best I could with the situation that was given to me .The issue is that the bonnet was seized on the valve body preventing you from replacing it your self .So using my experience I saved you money by not having to replace the valve in which would of cost you in the 600 to 700 dollar range. Now being that you purchased the $175.00 deal off of Angie's list which only covered Up to 2hours of labor and I was there for almost 3 ,I gave you a discount for your services,Sorry once again for you experience, but being that has been almost 6mths since I've been out ,looks to have been a good repair.I don't know what your intentions where with the valve body that I purchased to make your repair .I was not informed .Thank you for your review"
"[Member Information Removed] apologize that the deal you bought was for more than the time that it took to complete the job. The deal was actually cheaper than what it would cost for most plumbers to come out and complete the same work."
Everything went very well. We had questions about whether to upgrade to a tankless water heater and he gave us the pros and cons of a tank vs. tankless. After this, we decided to go with a tank and upgraded to 50 gallons as the older one was 40 gallons.
Jesse disassembled the older tank and the gas connections. He then put in the new tank and reconnected the gas back up.
He even put in a trap on the gas line that was supposed to have been put in under the new codes.
