What an Awful Experience!! Not only did Prestine Air Duct cleaning slice my duct work in 3 areas with there machine. But they also damaged my ceiling with cracks to the wall and all around my air vents. The Owner refused to make it right and fix what his team did to damage my property in Feb. I contacted him several times with zero response. I guess you really don't care like you said and try and make it right sir!! Stay away from this company and dont get bamboozled with there mold treatment as it does nothing.. There job cost me over $1500.00 to fix thanks Prestine Air Duct cleaning service for cutting into my ducts and creating a huge storm of particle debris floating in the air .

Tal and his partner were very professional and thorough on making sure my dryer vent was clear of any debris. They took their time, cleaned up everything and put things back where they belong. The dryer should be able to dry our clothes in one cycle now! Thank you for all your help and look forward to seeing you next year.

The service was very prompt, the technicians were well mannered and efficient,Technicians explained all that they were going to do and how they were going to do the service. I do think that the service work that was done was at a very fair price.

Great ratings/reviews and great customer service on the phone made us choose them to clean our ducts. They arrived on time, discussed with us the process and then set to work. And they worked . The outcome--two very happy home owners! There is definitely a difference in the air and we're not dusting the floors & furniture every 2-3 days. I'm so happy we didnt wait any longer to have this done! We always wondered why we had SO much dust all the time. Seeing what came out of our ducts was helpful. Pristine AIr Duct Cleaning did an outstanding job in my air ducts. They make a free house call to inspect your home and give you a quote. The same person who comes to inspect your home is the one who does the cleaning job. Cody, the employee who did the amazing job, was very helpful in explaining the cleaning process and recommended other helpful tips for maintaining my air ducts clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who suffers from allergies, infections due to dust or is just sensitive to dust like I am.
