My son and I were tasked with ordering jackets for his school's football team. We called a few companies and chose Printful because they said that once the order was placed it would take 2-7 business days to complete it and ship it. Btw, I gave them quantities and the image during that exchange so they knew what I was needing before they gave me that time-estimate. I placed the order on August 13, approved the embroidery design they created immediately, and continued to stress how we needed this order by the Thursday of homecoming week (Sept. 17). That was 13-business days from the day we ordered. I chatted with them 4 times, continuing to stress the urgency of the order. The order finally shipped on Wednesday, the 16th, 12 business days after I placed it. It's scheduled to arrive on Saturday, a day after homecoming. One more disappointment for these kids during COVID season. I'm friends with the postmaster in our town, and when he told me that it hadn't shipped on Monday, I even asked Printful if we could change the shipping to NDA. They told me that it had already shipped. It hadn't. I can't stress how disappointed my son, his team, and I am with how Printful handled this entire order. I'll never trust them again.
