The plumbers on site were very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. My issue is they are way over priced. I will not have them back. Find someone that won’t gouge you.

Early on in this process we made the decision to purchase a lot the plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets etc.) ourselves to save money.  When it came time for the jacuzzi tub we asked Price Brothers for a cost to supply one.  It took them over two weeks to get us the estimate.  This estimate was much higher than we could get a tub we wanted from Lowes so we chose to go with that one.  However, due to the plumbers delay in getting us an estimate we were told by our GC that we had to get one there ASAP or delay the project.  It was during this same time frame that we waited to get an estimate to run a new water line from the road to our house.  Again we were told a price much higher than we thought we could get else where and were than being rushed to get the work done or risk delaying the project.  We did end up using Price Brothers for the running of the water line.  They did not regrade our yard or driveway from where they ran this water line.  Our GC had to hire someone else to come in and do this work.  Late in the project we decided we needed to replace the tub/shower in the upstairs hall bath.  We asked for estimate for this work.  This estimate took over a month to get.  This caused this work not to get competed until after we moved back in.  And a part they bought and planned to use in the tub/shower was not compatible with the tub/shower they bought to install in this bathroom.  But instead of ordering the part needed right away they waited until after they began the installation to bring this issue up.  We were told this part would take 5-7 days to come in and it took 11 days.

The finished work of Price Brothers was good.  But their delays in getting estimates back were issues and caused several issues.  The fact that they would not regrade our yard and driveway and someone else had to be hired to come in does not look good on them.  In the end I would not recommend anyone use this company for their plumbing needs.

It went exactly as anticipated. Came when they said they would. Bill was the same as the detailed quote.

They were wonderful. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They came out to be 1/4 of the price of another company that wanted to tear up my driveway, sidewalk and living room. I would still have needed to replace and repair the driveway, sidewalk and living room when they were completed. Price Brothers saved me thousands of dollars. They were polite and punctual and I would recommend them to others.
