The carpet come pretty clean, and they are fast. They are in and out quick, and it dries quick. I would give them an A.

Very well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The process used left the carpets only damp and were dry to the touch in the promised 4 hours.

The family room was particularly soiled this time. The technician Justin cleaned it and applied a stain guard there and in the other 2 areas. The carpets look beautiful again! I'd like to add that Carolyn in the office is terrific to deal with. And I like the fact that at least in our situation Justin has been here multiple times. He is hard-working and very polite.

Our house is close to thirteen years old and we have lived in it for ten years. I have always done the spring/fall carpet cleaning myself, but found the carpets would take forever to dry. We have company arriving this week and I needed the carpets professionally cleaned. So, I reviewed all Prestige Chem-Dry reviews and decided they were the company for me. I could not have been more pleased. Justin arrived right on time and was a pleasant young man who knew his stuff. He was very professional, but took the time to explain the procedure to me before beginning. I told him I was not expecting miracles as we have cats and dogs doing, well, you know, on the carpets! Surprise!! The carpets look like new! I am beyond thrilled with the results! Do yourself a favor and contact this company for your carpet cleaning needs - you will not be disappointed! They advertise that they leave our carpets dry. When they left the carpets were very wet and they did not dry within in the 4 hour time frame. We called them and they said the tech said our carpets were really dirty and they had to go over them a couple of times. After some back and forth they mentioned that there was a broken piece to their equipment and they came back to suck up the extra water; and in the end the carpets were still wet for about a day and a half.

They were very nice and took time to explain the service. They called to let me know they were coming and were very prompt and professional.

A great team of people. This is the second time I have used their service for this same problem cat. The cat has gone to another home and the rugs are clean and odor free. There was a short turn around time on this service (about 2 weeks). Everyone I spoke with or met in person was extremely polite and helpful I heartily recommend Prestige Chem Dry for all of your carpet and furniture cleaning.

The work was performed by brothers Justin and Ryan and was done in an efficient and professional manner. I opted for an extra $20 protectant for the carpet to help with future stain removal, since I have had trouble getting dirt stains out completely. I have an inlay carpet that the guys could tell was of a different material than the rest of the carpet and needed to be cleaned with hand tools rather than the large "scrubber" machine so as not to fray the fibers. I appreciate that they have that knowledge and took the level of care needed to not ruin the carpet. I highly recommend this company!

Justin was very prompt and arrived early within the windown provided when I scheduled the appointment. He was very thorough in reviewing the areas to be cleaned and in providing information about what he would be doing, what the estimated cost and dry time would be. He was also full of helpful information surrounding the routine care of my carpet. The carpet looks great and I would definitely use this provider again.

I found them on Angie's List. They just returned a rug to me last week. I was very happy with one of the rugs with what they did but one of the rugs had a funny smell after they returned to me. When I called them, they came and got it. They kept it, washed it for I think four more times and they didn't charge me for the follow up cleaning. They were very attentive. Getting rugs cleaned anyway is expensive no matter who we use so I would say that they weren’t any more expensive than anyone else and they weren’t cheaper than anyone else either.

Daniel arrived between the timeframe I was quoted. After checking out the carpet to be cleaned he explained what he would do and approximately how long the job would take. He also recommended scotch guarding this carpet which I agreed to. He set up his equipment very carefully and did an excellent job cleaning the overall carpet as well as the very dirty areas by doorways, etc. and finished on time. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable about his job and friendly. I would highly recommend Prestige Chem-Dry.

Prestige Chem-Dry is excellent. This is our second time using them and they are efficient, courteous, responsive and go out of their way to make sure your experience with them is stellar. They are a family-owned business and have developed a unique and very effective system of rug-cleaning. They pick up and deliver -- which when it comes to rugs and carpets, is an invaluable service. I would trust my rug and carpet cleaning jobs to no one else.

The provider was hired to clean carpet in home. however, once completed the carpet felt hard and looked as if the fibers were wore. The carpet did not look clean. I called the provider to discuss the issues and requested them to come back and take a look at the results of the cleaning. We came to an agreement and both parties were satisfied.
