POWELL'S UNLIMITED LANDSCAPES

Excellent experience. This is the second time I have contracted with Darren Powell for mulching services and will continue to use him in the future. We received 15 yards of Dyed Brown Mulch for our numerous landscaped beds. Installation was provided by a blower truck which is faster and less messy then traditional installation methods. I had no problem contacting him or setting up dates for the work to proceed. The original estimate was for 17 yards of mulch but we required less so Darren edited the bill to reflect the correct material usage after the job was complete. He could have chosen to not inform me of the discrepancy and I would have had no way of knowing thereby overpaying. His professionalism, honesty and ethical billing are appreciated and another reason I will continue to use his services. The mulch looked great and the last application maintained its appearance throughout the year. I had no problems with fading or breakdown. My home is located on a main thoroughfare in our development where the landscaping is scrutinized. Several of my neighbors commented on the job and asked for his contact information. As of today, one neighbor has already completed work with Darren and another is pending completion.

Terrible....how can this person or company be so unprofessional as to not return a telephone call.

They were very prompt and they honored a discount from an out of date quote. The install cost per yard was less than traditional companies. They did a great job with clean up and top dressing the mulch.

Unlike other landscapers we've worked with, Darren was on site with his crew doing the work most of the time to ensure quality. His professionalism, quality of workmanship, and willingness to listen really impressed us. The walls look beautiful and we had a very pleasant experience from the beginning. We will definitely use him again for future landscape projects.
