The upper cabinet was not installed prior to the installation of the counter backsplash. The counter backsplash now needs to be removed, the cabinet installed, and the backsplash cut and reinstalled. According to the project manager, Dawson Smith, he did not know the date the countertops were being installed. Therefore, the miscommunication between Portico and the cabinet installer occurred. Also, no molding was ordered nor purchased to hide the gap between the upper cabinet and ceiling. Pics included on google.
