Ponds R' Us

I paid 100% of the bill and 80% of my fish of five years were dead in less than 48 hours. Water was leaking from my pond after they completed their work. Subsequently they went out of town the day after doing the work on my pond. They sent one of their sons out to look at the problem (my fish had already died) He temporally fixed the problem, This was five months ago and they have yet to fulfill their promises of replacing my fish, removing the tarp they left in the waterfall area as well I had to spend an additional 50.00 to have the switch to the pond reinstated as they by-passed it on their initial visit. They have verbally and thru text said several times they "would make it right". Have they? Not yet! Caveat entor!!!
