Air Duct Cleaning, Auto Service
I've used them twice now, and both times they've had to extend themselves to have Mitsubishi own up to their agreement on the power train for what I paid up front in the beginning. They also just recently replaced my front passenger side axel. Before that they had replaced the boot on the front passenger side as well. I had zero payments on both of those repairs, and they were both within the last six months. These would have been over $1000 in repairs. Allan Rumfelt really went to bat for me. This is the best car repair facility hands down, and I'd highly recommend their services.

Auto Sales
My experience began with a series of phone calls from a young lady who indicated that my online application had been evaluated and that she had "good news". She said that my loan had been approved and all I had to do was go select my car and sign the papers. I let her know that I found the whole car-buying experience to be very stressful and that I didn't want to have to sit at the dealership for hours waiting for the deal to be finalized. She assured me that everything had been taken care of. I did go to the dealership late one Saturday afternoon and ended up spending four hours there. At the end of the evening, I had selected a car and they promised that everything was taken care of. I was given the keys to a car and told it was mine. Since it was so late in the evening they asked if I would return on Monday to sign the papers to finalize the purchase. Monday morning they called to let me know I needed to either put another $2000 down or obtain a co-signer. I understand that they were conveying the bank's requirements but I had let them know up front exactly how much money I had available for a down payment and what I wanted my payment range to be. I also let them know that I did not have anyone available to cosign a loan for me. After much discussion, I took the car back and requested they refund the $1500 down payment I had given them Saturday evening. I took my things and left the dealership. Not long after leaving my phone rang repeatedly and I had two voicemails, one one from the salesman and another from the owner telling me that he had contacted the VP of the bank at home that night and that I did NOT have to come up with an extra $2000 nor did I need a co-signer but the deal was good for that night and only that night. Because I was exhausted and upset by that point, I had my daughter call and tell them I would not be willing to return that night and would consider their offer. The next day my daughter called to find out if I could pick up my refund check and to let them know that if the deal they had offered the previous night was still in effect, that I would consider purchasing the car. They told her I would need another $2000 or cosigner again. I told my daughter to tell them no and was able to obtain my refund check that day. I was terribly disappointed with the experience and I know that I will never return to that dealership to purchase a car. I provided them with my purchase parameters in the beginning, explained that my credit was less than excellent and yet they assured me repeatedly that all was fine. If they had helped me find and purchase a car that met my original criteria, I likely would have found the overall experience acceptable. As it actually unfolded, I became less and less sure of their motives and was very disappointed since I had believed that the salesman and the other individual assisting him had my best interests at heart. I did understand they were trying to sell a car and that is the way they make money but in the end I felt like I had been misled even if that was not their intent.
