It was a difficult and hard to access situation, hot and inconvenient but Roger persevered and did a great job. I used his services back in 2011 and he did a good job then.

We have used Piper Plumbing exclusively for our plumbing for the past five years. Roger, the owner, always provides excellent service at a fair price. He always shows up on time and is professional, friendly and personable. We would highly recommend Roger's plumbing services.

Four main points - Roger's price was reasonable and the same as his estimate; he arrived on time; he fixed the problems; and cleaned up the mess in the front yard created by the back-hoe. I won' tuse any other plumber for future jobs. He told me how I could save money with plumbing issues too..

He did a great job replacing my toilet. We just needed the toilet replaced to install a water saving new unit. He was prompt and on time. Easy to deal with and had very reasonable pricing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Roger was very responsive - heard back from him the same day and he set up an appt and he was on time to the minute. I was afraid my shower valve was leaking not only from the handle but behind the tile. He quickly assessed the problem and found that just some bolt tightening was needed. My problem is fixed! We also discussed a couple of other matters and he gave me some great tips. I am extremely pleased and would use him again.

Called Roger Tate the owner of Piper Plumbing and scheduled a meeting. He came on time and prepared which is a big plus in my book. We decided to replace the tank parts and handles for three different commodes that were about the same age. The next day I noticed a problem with one of the repairs. HERE IS THE GREAT PART. Roger came right out when I called. We discussed that the parts used should have worked. But since they didn't, Roger replaced all the parts in all the commodes with a different brand of parts and did not charge a penny extra to make the job right. That calls for a double thumbs up in my book.

I needed to replace some faucet washers but I found that the master shutoff valve stem was broken off. Since I'm not comfortable with sweat fittings, I called Roger and made an appointment. He arrived exactly on time and replaced the valve in a professional manner (could have done it in his sleep). Roger is a one man shop and is not controlled by a time clock and computer - my kind of contractor. He's an old fashioned plumber who gets the job done right.

Our 30 yr. old house is on a slab and the washing machine is on the first floor. The drain for the machine has always been slow. Twice, we have had contractors run a "snake" into the drain. They pulled out lent but were not able to go very far into the drain. When the drain started to back up again, we call Piper. Roger came immediately to see the situation and set a date to "snake" the drain. When that did not work, he set another date to break up the concrete slab in the floor. He moved the trap into the wall space and added a clean-out plug and vent which were not part of the original installation. It works very well now. Roger was punctual, always on time. I had confidence in him and what he said was necessary to fix the problem. He did what he could to minimize the mess. His price was very reasonable. The fix was more complicated than I had expected, but once we determined that the problem was in the floor, I knew what had to be done, and Roger did it. He was very considerate. He showed us what caused the problem with the pipes. He was very friendly when he was there working.

PIPER PLUMBING WAS PUNCTUAL BOTH WHEN ROGER, THE OWNER, CAME TO GIVE OUR FREE ESTIMATE AND WHEN THEY CAME TO PERFORM THE WORK. (THEY ARRIVED AT 10:00 WITH ALL MATERIALS AND LEFT ONLY WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AT 2:00.) THEY WERE CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT KEEPING THE HOUSE FROM GETTING DIRTY. THEY LAID FLOOR COVERING FROM THE DOOR TO THE FIREPLACE. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY FINISHED THE WORK. ROGER WAS PATIENT SHOWING ME HOW TO OPERATE THE GAS LOGS. HE GAVE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE HIGH QUALITY OF SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED. I PLAN TO USE PIPER PLUMBING AGAIN!
