We chose this company based on the positive reviews. Initially customer service was great. However Estimates were not accurate and we spent much more than anticipated because they did not include the cost of other add ons that we were needed such as gutter screens in a highly wooded area. They should have advised me of this initially. Also I had to ask about the screens even though I told them I needed their advice on what products I would need for a good quality job. Without screens the gutters would be useless in a short time. Overall my cost went up by over $1,500.00. The gutters were placed on in a timely manner and flashing repaired. But then I had to hound them to finish the screens ( several months...And in the fall when leaves were already accumulating daily in my gutters. Then I developed drainage issues attributed to the placement of the gutters. I contacted them and, again, I have been hounding them on a weekly basis for over a month to get this job done and correct their previous error. I got a quote but Im not confident it is accurate. Overall they are good with initial work but dont count on them to fix problems or warranty their work once completed. Very disappointed, especially considering all the good reviews. I absolutely would not recommend this company, or at least the sales rep I worked with. From date of installation to present it has been about 10 months...

"After reviewing the details of this job and looking at a time-line of the work that was completed at [member information removed], it is understandable that the customer may be dissatisfied with the timeliness of the completion. Pinnacle Roofing and Exteriors originally put in the proposal request to the customer on 8/17/12 and began working at the property on 8/21/12. The first item that needed immediate attention was deteriorated wood and flashing issues at the brick junction. These were completed on 8/21/12 by our roofing crew. Then on 9/17/12 our guttering crew returned to the property to measure for the guttering and then the carpentry crew returned to the property on 9/20/12 to dismantle the old guttering and install the new boards needed in order to install the new guttering system. The new gutters were installed by the guttering crew on 10/3/12, 10/4/12 and returned on 10/9/12. As we can best illustrate, there were 3 different crews not including the project manager that was active on the job site for a 6-7 week period. (As opposed to the “months” [member name removed] claimed.) Pinnacle Roofing and Exteriors stand behind our 2-year workmanship guarantee and make every effort for complete customer satisfaction. We always present the customer with a written quotation/proposal of the work that needs to be completed on the property and it has to be signed by the customer previous to beginning the work. From time to time, we will make suggestions to the customer as what could be added to the job, however these are discussed with the customer previous to the crews completing any work. [member name removed] in this instance chose to have the decorative installs placed on her guttering system as well as the gutter screens. Gutter screens are not always helpful in every instance. We take pride in not up-selling and giving our clients exactly what they need and want. We do present and stand behind our 2-year workmanship guarantee that is in writing on every proposal we present to the customer previous to the job scheduling. We have tried to contact [member name removed] to speak with her concerning this matter, however to this date (7/24/13) we have not received a response from her. The person who came out to look at my roof was very efficient. He rapidly diagnosed my leaking problems and gave me several choices for types of repair. The other persons who had tried to fix my roof had failed three times, and I was beginning to think I needed a new roof. However the man from Pinnacle was able to see and understand how to fix the problems. The crew came out the next week and successfully repaired my roof and replaced my chimney cap. there have been no leaks in spite of the heavy rain we have been having. I would highly recommend pinnacle roofing.

Pinnacle came when they said they would, and their workers were very careful and neat. The cost of the roof was exactly as estimated. The customer service was excellent. They did not collect final payment until about 3 weeks after the work was completed because Pinnacle wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new roof.

Pinnacle was recommended to me by a friend with a good deal of experience in the contruction industry. He told me that they were the only roofing company that he really trusted. They were reliable, honest & their work was of good quality.
They were very responsive upon my initial contact. I worked with Will Cappleman. He came out, did an inspection & had a proposal back to me the next day. We scheduled the installation date & everything went off as planned. Pinnacle did a great job, finished on time & at the quoted price & did a proper clean up.
I would highly recommend these folks due to their professionalism & reliability.

After a couple of bad experiences with other Roofing Contractors I was recommended Pinnacle by our neighbors to replace our roof. I worked directly with Will Cappelman who was very professional and on time to each appointment. He provided us with estimates, allowed us to choose the replacement shingles and kept us up-to-date on the progress. His team was very punctual and efficient and was able to complete the roof replacement in just over one day. He also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work before we sent payment. Not only that he was able to work around our schedule to get the job completed when it was convenient for us, not him. I am 100% satisfied with Pinnacle Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We had hail damage from the Spring hail storm of 2011. I had our insurance come out and they recommended full replacement. I got a few quotes, but liked the proposal that Pinnacle provided and the professionalism of Will and Ben when discussing the work.We scheduled the roof replacement, which was about 3 weeks out, and then I picked out that shingle brand and color which I wanted. I had many emails and calls with Will to discuss status of the job and to give him my shingle decisions.Pinnacle had a crew come out and replace the roof about a week later than scheduled due to about a week's worth of rain right before the scheduled start date. This was expected as I was keeping an eye on the weather and Will kept me posted.It took the crew about 4 days to complete the job of ripping the old shingles off and hand nailing the new shingles. They cleaned up each night using a large magnet and on the last day the dumpster was picked up within hours of the job completion.After inspecting the area after the work was done I noticed 2 landscape lights had been damaged. I notified Pinnacle of the damage and they replaced the lights fairly quickly. Overall I was very happy with the service and outcome and would use Pinnacle again.

Like many homeowners, we suffered some hail damage to our roof. Lots of "stormchaser" roofing companies called and came to our door, but I was not comfortable dealing with these companies. Ben Canon at Pinnacle was recommended to me. My insurance company sent out an adjuster to inspect the roof and Ben came out to meet the adjuster and offer any assistance. The roof replacement was approved and Pinnacle's estimate of materials and labor matched that of the insurance company. Pinnacle did a great job. We have a big roof, so the job took several days. They did small sections of the roof each day, rather than tearing off the entire roof and risking damage from rain overnight. They hauled off their waste daily and left the house and yard clean and safe each day. Ben personally oversaw the project and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend dealing with a locally owned company like Pinnacle, rather than the shady stormchaser companies that roll into town after storms.

That was outstanding! Professional and they had very hard workers that is unusual to find in similar contractor. They worked to a point where it was logical to take breaks rather than being concerned with their regular scheduled break times.
