Pinnacle Property was very professional and very knowledgeable about the services I was having done. We had a lot of concrete that needed attention badly. After they were done the home and the concrete, the looked amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Billy after finding him on Angie’s list. He was prompt to come to my house to measure and develop a cost quotation. I accepted the quote and asked him to schedule the work. The following day he came and thoroughly cleaned and washed the gutters including power washing the downspouts. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Properties.

Our garage door spring broke in the mist of trying to sell our house.  We needed to get the door fixed immediately before potential buyers were turned away with a faulty garage door.  Pinnacle Property Services was able to quickly come out and fix the door.  They were friendly, did an outstanding job, and were able to work around my crazy schedule.  I would highly recommend this trusted and reliable company to anyone.

When my daughter.s garage door opener failed,I tried to repair it ,but the gears and motor was completely shot so I called Billy Ubanks ,he came out the next day to replace it .It was not a simple job because of a steel beam installed in the wrong place when the house was built but he was able to install the opener with a little modification,he did a very good and proper job,he was thorough and reasonable and I would highly recommend him,and I did just that to 3 more people in the community where I live,they were also very pleased with his work,he is a honest and good man,I recommend him highly.      Gene Zotti

We were very impressed with the services provided and the quality of the work. Our house was way past due for a cleaning so it was a big job. It couldn't have been done any better. I would recommend this company to anyone and will most definitely use them in the future! Very impressed! The price was extremely fair for the work load!

He did a very professional job.  He was very polite and thoroughly explained the process of what he was going to do.

I had to call Billy again for a bigger job. He was there at the time promised , with all the necessary equipment .After the original call he



came by to check the problem. Found the spring to be broken and promised to be back at 0730 with a new spring. 0715 Billy was there .



He was very efficient in the way he went about his work, I'd say in about an hour he was ready to load up and move to his next job.



He removed the broken spring and all other trash from the job. The labor cost was very reasonable . I would recommend Pinnacle

The scheduling of time to do the work was done working with my time off work. He shows up at the scheduled time and reviews the plan for his service. The task is done in a timely manner and he makes sure that you are happy with the outcome. the fees are reasonable. When he is finished the siding is ready for the season and prepped to resist the elements for winter and spring to come. He is always easy to talk to and wants to have a happy customer. It is always a pleasure to offer business to local individuals. You get the hometown feel to the work they do.

Billy with pinnacle property service recently came to my home and gave me a quote to pressure wash the drive and fix my garage door.He was extremely professional and very informative about my situation and gave me several options.Ater we talked for a bit and I showed him what I was after he broke down each repair/service and provided me with a very cost effective way to get the job done( I shopped around for a while and his price beat everyone by hundreds).We then set a date and time to get it done.The day before the work was to be done he him self called(not some automated recording)and checked to see if we were still on and if I had anymore questions.The day of service he showed up on time to the minute and with today's standards I was very impressed lol he went right to work and never stopped until the job was completely done.once he finished we went over everything and made sure I was happy.I was VERY much so.I will definitely be use long pinnacle property services again for all my home maintenance needs.

Absolutely amazing job and you will not a finer individual than Billy Eubanks! Our gutters are white and 14 years old and very gray due to over run but they look new now!
