Had several business meetings pop up - Anna and Pet Net Services make it so easy to request services online. They respond with a confirmation right away so that I can avoid worry! During services, they are punctual and most important - loving and caring for my dogs! The poodles get antsy (and hungry!) if Mommy doesn't come home at her usual hour. With Pet Net I need not worry - I know she'll be there, making sure they do their business, eat their supper and most of all, get some loving attention! Additionally, my home doesn't appear empty - garbage/recycling bins brought in, mail left on the kitchen counter... She always leaves a note letting me know how the visit went. When I come in, the pups are happy, fed, glad to see me - no anxiety!
It's gratifying to know that while I am busy concentrating on my clients, Pet Net is caring for what's most important to me - my home and my and quot;familyand quot;.

When I request in home pet care, the process is simple and the service is excellent. They have tight system for ensuring that the services are confirmed and performed, I feel totally confident about having Anna (my pet sitter) in my home and my dog clearly adores her! I've recently also used the home boarding service, leaving my dog at the owners home for 2-3 days at a time. Anna and Dale are professional and yet warm and welcoming - clearly pet lovers!

I love this company! I've used them for at least 12 years to care for my cats and dog when I need to be away from home. I usually request service online and always get a confirmation, either by email or a phone call, on the same day. I like being able to choose the time of the visits, especially on the start and end dates. The same sitter has been caring for my cat for at least the last 5 years, although she's only had brief sitings of the cat, I know she provides loving care. She always calls before I go away to make sure all the previous instructions are still OK. I appreciate the checklist the sitter provides for each visit - I can immediately see if the cat ate well, came out to play (never happens), or there were any accidents. Although the sitter hasn't actually ever seen my cat, I know her visits are more than just running in to put out food - she talks to her while she's here. I'll continue to use Pet Net Services as long as I have kitty family members.

They charge per animal. They usually send one particular person to you, our girl is fantastic but she got sick one time and the owners came themselves which is great, they are just really good people too. They get the mail, turn the lights on and off, and things like that so it doesn't look like we are gone. Ever since we have started using them our pets aren't mad when we come back, they do a good job.

Sandy was great - prior to our trip, she came by and met the animals and saw where all their "stuff" was. She did an overnight stay the first night so they would be comfortable with her showing up on the other days. That worked out really well. Each day, she did a quick visit early in the morning to let the dogs out, then did a longer visit late afternoon for walks, play time, and a "tuck in" service late evening - last potty break for the dogs. Our dogs had no accidents in the house while we were away and seemed to do very well. The true test was that when we arrived home, they were happy to see us, but weren't freaked in any way - they seemed happy and didn't react as if they felt like they had been neglected. Sandy also brought in our mail each day, which was a great help. I also like the control mechanism that Pet Net has set up to ensure that the scheduled visits occur. Price is a little high, but the level of service warrants it. Also, considering how much it would cost to board two dogs and have someone out once a day for the cats, it ended up cheaper, and our pets were much happier at home.

We first used Pet Net Services when we went out of the country on vacation this past March. We hired a pet sitter to live in our home with our two dogs for the week, she came over & asked lots of questions & we went over instructions. She was very thorough and we felt comfortable with her living in our home and taking care of our two dogs. We spoke to her many times before our trip and left a lot of instructions for her, and she was very patient and understanding with us. She took excellent care of them and now refers to them as "her kids". The services were not cheap, by any means - and we paid extra to have her also come by midday to let them out (as they are used to). I believe we paid about $100/day - but this included two feedings, two daily walks, a midday visit and dispensing their medications. Plus, we had someone living here so she watched the house, too. We also use this company for midday visits when we cannot make it home. My only real complaint is the cost of midday visits...$22! It is a $20.50 fee, plus a "gas surcharge" of $1.50 -- for a 15 minute visit, that's kind of steep. But our dogs like our pet sitter and we trust her and the company, so we'll continue to pay. They also have an on line reservation system that is quite convenient and they've always been good about following up when we make reservations.

They are very professional and prompt. They are great with the animals. They are punctual. I use them whenever I go out of town. I highly recommend them.

I always use this service when in need of a pet sitter. They always provide great service and let me know how the pets did while I was gone.

Anna and Dale are the Best! Dale is the local pooch whisperer and Anna is very sweet. When we originally met, we interviewed each other and I found that their entire package for what they offer is very professional, organized and clear. Anna put me at ease and it was clear that my pets liked her energy from the start. It was and has been a good connection. I feel perfectly comfortable leaving my pets in her care. Lately, someone has been home so she hasn't been over as much yet she has my keys just in case. The only disconnect we have experienced is in trying to connect. The best phone number to use has been somewhat unclear and the voicemail message refers to some hiring they were doing so I found that confusing. In the big picture, this is a minor detail compared to how genuinely helpful they are when we do connect.

We had to go out of town for several days and needed some place for our small dog to stay. Our dog is 12 years old and has never been boarded. Charlie was treated like one of the family. He received much TLC. Dale and Anna are flexible and very easy to work with. No hidden cost, you will know the charges up front. We highly recommend this service.

They are so professional the people who come are trained in pet CPR and they have you sign a form in case you don't come back from your trip they know who to contact. I don't want to have to worry when I'm gone. You always have that concern when you have a friend just come in and check on them. With them they have an extra key so if one can't make it someone always can. Cost is per day and it was for four cats.

It went better than we expected. We came home to happy pets and our house was exactly how we left it (if not a little cleaner). It made us feel great that our pets were well cared for while we were gone.

Pet Net has been taking care of our lab mix for the last 16 months when we have been out of town. Our sitter, Rich, is just wonderful and we do not worry about our dog at all while we are gone because we know she is being well cared for. We return to a happy and content dog!! Not to mention the wonderful reports we get along with taking in the mail, the newspaper, turning on and off the lights (even the Christmas lights one year!). We couldn't be happier.

Pet Net takes EXCELLENT care of my three cats, and my house, when I travel. In addition to the regular feeding and cleaning of the litter boxes, they take the time to play with AND brush (which is important since they're all long haired) each cat. They take my garbage cans and recycling bins to the curb without being asked; they bring in the mail and newspaper. They leave me a note reporting on each visit. Other pet sitters I've had would say they'd groom the cats, but it was obvious the last time they were brushed was when I did it before I left town. Or they'd say they would take out the trash / recycling but they'd "forget". Other sitters also weren't always available when I needed them. Pet Net is friendly, professional and most importantly reliable and I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to go away knowing their pets and homes are in good hands.

Anna leaves a completed report on each and every one of her visits, which includes not only what was done, but each animal's reactions. Also she checks in to be sure we got home and confirms just before we leave. We always feels secure that the animals will not be neglected and get the very best care. We've been using their services for several years. Couldn't ask for better care.

Before a business trip that was scheduled to run from a Sunday through a Wednesday, my pet arrangements fell through at the last minute. I reached Pet Net after five on a Saturday (the day before I was leaving), and not only got a call back within three hours (after I'd started to drive the dog to Georgia), but after hearing the situation, kept me on the line while they located a sitter in my area (who picked up her phone at a fish fry on a Saturday night). The care was excellent. My favorite anecdote from my time away was that the sitter gave the dog a frisbee (the dog's favorite toy) and followed when the dog led the way to the closest space in which we play frisbee. As the sitter said, ''I didn't know where we were going, but the dog clearly did, so I just followed her.'' When I returned home the evening before I expected, Pet Net did not charge for the following morning either.

Excellent experience! Upon e-mailing Dale, he immediately returned my call to discuss my needs. We were looking for someone who could either stay with our dog while we traveled or could sit for her in their home. Dale verified availability and then contacted me within 24 hours with the name of one of his staff members who would be available. Our dog was able to stay in her home with her and her two dogs. Donna was very professional, and our dog had a wonderful time with her. She was treated like a princess! I am now no longer dreading making arrangements for her while we travel because I know that she is having an excellent vacation, too.

GREAT! I couldn't have felt better about being away from our beloved pet. It is difficult to leave our dog for long periods anymore (she's almost 11, has arthritis and loves to be around people). Delores proved from our first 5 minutes together to be the type of person you want caring for your home and pet. On time, very friendly and professional! Experienced, intuitive and genuinely interested in Pal and what kind of dog she was like to be around. Pal loved her right away, and of course that's the best sign for me. I enjoyed the time we spent showing her around and just chatting about her experience with animals and volunteer work with them as well. Very impressive lady! I really loved the daily reports we received upon our arrival back home about what each visit was like, that meant a lot!! Even spoke with Delores on the phone while we were gone to see how Pal was doing. Looking forward to using Pet Net and Delores again. Initially thought price was high, but it was well worth it.

THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC! THEY WATER THE PLANTS, BRING IN THE PAPER! BUT MOSTLY, THEY TAKE GREAT CARE OF OUR PETS! THEY ALSO HAD A DIARY OF EACH DAY OF CARE! PRICE BASED ON ONCE A DAY FOR FOUR CATS.

OUR DOGS SEEMED VERY CONTENT WHEN WE GOT HOME. EVERYTHING WAS NEAT IN THE HOUSE. SHE LEFT NOTES ON WHEN SHE CAME, AND HOW THE DOGS WERE. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

KATHY WAS POLITE AND CONSCIENTIOUS AND OBVIOUSLY LOVES ANIMALS AND GOT ALONG WELL WITH MAGIC. WOULD HAVE HER BACK ANYTIME IT WAS REQUIRED.

KAREN IS VERY CARING FOR MY DOGS AND I KNOW SHE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM WHILE I AM AWAY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED PET NET TO MANY FRIENDS.
