Carpet Cleaning
Upon inspection, the rug still had a sticky substance in the fibers in a couple of areas. I also ran my hand over the surface & actually picked pieces of hard material out of the fibers. Also, I was shocked that the fringe on 2 ends of the run were not touched. I called Mr. Jabari & inquired about the fringe & remaining dirt left in the rug. He told me that fringe cleaning was extra but he never informed me of that when he picked it up. Who would want their rug cleaned but leave the fringe dirty?? He also said he would re-wash the rug for no additional charge if I brought it to him as he could not pick it up again. My rug and fringe was re-cleaned to my satisfaction. Mr. jabari is a very nice, polite, and accommodating man, but I will not use them again in the future.
