Brian was great. He is truly an artist. When he initially looked at our yard he had some ideas. At our second appointment he got to know us better and what our interests were. My husband is an avid photographer of waterfalls so we added a waterfall to our project. Brian very much looks at creating aesthetically pleasing spaces. We are in a brand new house and now I think my favorite part of the house is the backyard.

The work that Peaceful Ponds did was excellent, professional, punctual and the results were fabulous.  Our existing water feature was removed and reworked to a new layout with new pumps and design.  The existing stone patio and walkway was revised and made larger.  There was landscaping added in and around the water feature and pond to give exactly the atmosphere we were looking for.  The result was a relaxing, soothing back yard oasis with a Colorado flair.  We love it.   The work was efficient, professional and Brian listened to everything we wanted and delivered.

We had just a slight delay in getting stared, but once they started everything went smoothly and turned out great.  Brian has great vision for suggesting what will work best and is very energetic.  I referred him to one of my neighbors and they were also pleased with his work.

It took quite a lot of time, but the workers were patient and polite with me - even when I asked them to reposition a couple boulders. They also did an excellent job of installing the mailboxes - even putting on them the numbers I'd bought and the red and white reflectors on the posts.

We enjoyed working with Brian & appreciated his very good sense of design. He worked with us to get the best for our budget needs while meeting all our timing constraints. We plan to work with him again on future projects.

Brian and his crew were wonderful. They tidied up at the end of each workday and worked nonstop to meet our deadline.

After two years of talking with vendors and wondering what to do, I happily met Brian of Peaceful Ponds and he had a very creative and doable solution for my backyard dilemma. My yard is quite steep. 20+ years ago the builder installed three retaining walls made from RR ties with terracing. In recent years the system has been rotting at an alarming rate due to hot humid summers and my irrigation system. It was beginning to be a hazard. Other companies had quoted me on replacing the walls with a stone product, but the result was disproportionately expensive compared with the value of my home. UGH! Brian's idea was to demo the walls, replace the top wall with a Keystone product, and put in a and quot;mt. slopeand quot; for the remainder of the hill. He creatively designed the slope with beautiful trees, shrubs and ground cover. To this he added about 22 boulders and then uplighted it with 17 LED lights on a timer. The final touch was a new paver patio and sod nearest the house. It was a huge project. It took 4 dump truck loads just to haul away the RR ties. When the plants were installed, he put down a thick weed block fabric and heavy mulch. It looks like a magazine! I could not be more pleased with the result, and I have folks in the neighborhood pop by just to see it. Brian is a high energy guy, eager to please the customer and easy to work with. He often goes the extra mile.

The pump for the waterfall in our outdoor koi pond stopped working. We tried to replace its ourselves with pumps from Lowes, but they didn't have the size we needed. I found Brian on Angie's List, and after a call to explain our problem, we scheduled an appointment. We did need to reschedule the appointment once, but they were flexible with our schedule. Manuel showed up a bit late for the appointment, but it only took him about 10 minutes to complete the work. The waterfall is working well now, and we would absolutely use them again.

Brian and I worked with my available price-range package, so that it would include all of the requested features. He even made suggestions which were more than I had hoped for and included them in my price. His creativity is exceptional, and he was genuinely excited to build upon our original plans as the project was being built.
He began the day at 7:30AM by pre-selecting each stone for it's shape and beauty, and even moss-covered stones that would add to the finished effect. His crew of four that day for this relatively small project, included himself, and I observed his instruction to his crew of why they were placing stones in such a way and at certain angles to enhance the water flow, yet covering the lining and other signs of construction.
The landscaping of the area included trimming branches which obstructed the ideal view, moving several rose bushes, about 10' of established liriope and planting a small Japanese Orangeola LaceLeaf Maple tree - all of which were banked with mulch and watered. Other details included LED lighting and even flat, large stepping stones around the waterfall feature to complete the project. All of the existing plants were reused, and Brian was kind enough to take in trade a water pump which I'd already purchased for a larger one he provided.
He finished the project at 7:00PM, after instructing me on the care of the waterfall, being certain that I was completely satisfied and leaving his contact information with me.
I could not be more pleased with his workers, his service, the cost, and the time he devoted to the project. It is more than I could have hoped for, and I would gladly give Peaceful Ponds an A+ as my rating, if this form had that option.

Everything about them was wonderful. He did a great job with provided design details and told us what we could. He did the work when he said he was going to do it for the price that he quoted. It was good working with him.

Bryan met with us to review what we wanted and to provide other suggestions. He provided an estimate during our meeting and that amount was what we paid when the landscaping and waterfall were complete. Excellent job by Bryan and his team.

I was very happy. They did a very good job. It's always nice when someone is punctual. They cleaned up nicely. Everything was delivered as promised. The owner is comes out and does a lot of the work himself. He takes pride in his work.

It was wonderful and great, I loved working with Brian and his guys. I had a paver patio started by someone else who did not complete it. There was a lot of work in picking up pavers that were already set down and redoing things. Brian is easy and fun to talk to, he is energetic and creative. He really helped me clear up my vision and see things I hadn't seen before. The walls and landscaping really complete the patio, they were like the icing on the cake.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our yard "transformation." From the very beginning of our experience with Brian, he bent over backward to please us, was very responsive to any questions or concerns, and made sure we were satisfied with the result of our project. We had landscaping done as well to enhance the beauty of the water feature. Brian and crew also created a perennial garden for us that we have fully enjoyed. Everyone was very professional, had a great work ethic, and came to work every day with a smile.
