(got the feeling he would have nicked and dimed me even though i was a previous customer to the tune of $10k)
then i noticed on Angie's list, Paragon does free estimates - huh?
i left him a message at 704-661-1915 (that morning) to see what this was all about - no answer.
not a care.

Billy and his team were excellent! Billy went above and beyond from the beginning, from explaining all of our options for the patio and helping us pick out colors and pattern for the stamp to making sure that the deck was built to code (and beyond) and designed so that it was easy and safe to use. He worked diligently to make sure that we were happy with everything. Each time we had a question, he was very responsive. Billy is very personable and easy to get along with. We highly recommend him for the knowledge and skill shown on both our stamped concrete patio and pool deck.

They did a very good job on my roof. Their pricing was reasonable. They were very professional. I was a hundred percent satisfied. I had no problems with them. I already recommended them to other people and they did good work.

A crew of six showed up on time and removed the existing cedar siding very quickly. This team began the prep work the very next day which included painting and wrapping the entire house in a James Hardie insulation wrap. After the wrapping was complete, a representative from the James Hardie Company came by to inspect the wrapping; this same representative had med with us prior to the job start date to ensure that their siding was a proper solution to our siding needs.
During the next three days, the worker installed the Hardie siding. Thier work was expert and professional; it was apparent that they had done this work many times before.
The Hardie Plank transformed our thirty year old house into a home of beauty! Old and deteriorating cedar planking was replaced with 30 year warranted cement fiber board. We chose a factory painted siding and the paint is warranted for 15 years. The cost was reasonable. In fact, it was only 30% more than a painting solution that my wife and I had considered. That solution would have covered up the defects whereas, this solution removed the defects.
After the work crew completed the work, their supervisor, (our salesman and estimator, Taylor Leblow) inspected the work and identified approximately thirty items, all very small, that he wanted improved. A worker returned and made all of the requested repairs. Again, all were very minor, but I was impressed that a company would have their own rep inspect their work to maintain their standards. I've owned many homes over fourty years and have hired countless companies to make home improvements, but this is the first to essentially quality control their own work. Also, a James Hardie rep will soon be reviewing this installation to grade it and make sure it measures up to James Hardie standards. I'm sure that this job will earn an A rating; it earned my A rating and I'm far more demanding than any manufacturer's rep could be.
If you are looking for a Company to install Hardie Plank the right way, this is the Company.
