Matt did the work and did a great job. He was fast, and thorough! They receive high marks from me on everything. The only reason that they received a B on punctuality was because they were a little late. There was a mistake in my address information. Matt could have been on time, but he was unable to reach me early enough to verify the address (I was unavailable). When he did reach me, he explained the issue and got to my house as quickly as he could...and the rest went smoothly. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to any of my friends in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

They are very good. I have never had a problem. They are great. They came right on time. I would use them again, I am about to schedule another service. I liked their method of cleaning - it was not wet after they left. Very dry and clean compared to my previous experience with another provider which was wet for 3-4 days. They lifted the dirt out of the carpet. I don't have any improvements to suggest, but I do have pets and it is a struggle to keep my carpets clean. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and need to keep the carpets clean for my health. Price was very reasonable. They came on time - I made an appontment and they were on time, used a GPS and were right on time. They were very nice people and I would use them again.

I'll never use them again. I didn't like the way the carpet felt afterwards, it felt crunchy. We will not use them again, not because of the products, but we like steam cleaning better. It took them 2 hours to complete the service.

Scheduling was easy, even though I wanted a Saturday. He called ahead and arrived promptly. My disappointment was that my off-white carpet had grayed from dust around the base boards. He told me upon arrival that he doubted he would have much luck due to the size/shape of their machines. He was right. I had hoped for a much better result.

I guess we were happy with what Oxi Fresh of Charlotte Carpet Cleaning did. I guess what I liked was their procedure- it was kind of less messy. You know, I think they were using some kind of a dry powder formula to clean the carpets and it had a less drying time, I guess. That's what I liked about them. Yes, I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

We have used this company twice. The first time was great and they spent the time getting all of the stains out of each rug. The second time the tech. cleaned all 4 area rugs in about 15 minutes and did not get out many of the stains. He said he could not get them out but after he left I used our spray cleaner and scrubbed for about 2 minutes and sure enough I got them out. I sent a message to the company here on Angies list and did not get a response.

It was okay,  yeah they didn't  let me back track whenever I had my carpets cleaned in the past the company always, they don't move all of the furniture but lots of time they put it up on blocks and stuff these guys just which is just one guy and he works around everything he didn't, he didn't really moved stuff to get under or around or close to to the edges, it just wasn't as thorough as I  had done in the past. He was very nice.
