They made time in their very busy schedule to come out and make sure we had gas logs in case our power went out. Did a super job repairing and cleaning our logs for a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

Excellent service by Technician Forrest. He was very complete in to finding out why fireplace did not work, took pictures, look inside and outside of the fireplace. He took his time as to finding out the cause. He was very professional, polite and gave me several options to pursue and left me some pamphlets. I would recommend him to anyone having problems with their fireplace.. vented or not.

Owen’s Chimney was great to work with. They were very quick to come out for the estimate/quote and were very communicative leading up to the start of the project. The masons that actually performed the work were punctual, polite, and professional. One aspect that we particularly appreciated was that they explained each step as it was being performed and the reasons for it. They matched the brick and grout perfectly, including the joint detail. It was completed in the time they told us and the house was spotless when they left. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. A+ experience.

He cleaned the fireplace and showed me pictures of the chimney. There was some minor repairs he suggested be done and said he would follow up with a written estimate. It has been a week and I have still not seen an estimate.

We had two properties that work was preformed on the chimneys. Luke was our technician and was great, very polite and professional. Due to a late start they were unable to finish the same day but he was willing to finish the job on Saturday, family schedules didn't work out so he finished on Monday, then started our second property and finished in two days as promised.

I believe I seriously overpaid for the work that was performed. They were very nice and showed up when they said they were going to. They quoted and charged me for a half a days labor but only worked for 2 hours. The chimney does look very nice. I really like them, I feel that they did a good job. But there was a disconnect there between us.

One of the best experiences I've had with a service company. They were professional, front office staff was very knowledgeable as was service technician. Laid drop cloth to ensure no soot lands on floor, covered shoes and took time as to not make a mess during cleaning. Very easy going, no hard sales pitches and service and quality done right. Will be using them again.
