Overhead did a great job replacing our door and tracks. We have used them a number of times for garage door repairs, i.e. replacing broken springs, but it was finally time to do the whole door. We tried to shop agiven the cost,, but couldn't even get other companies to respond early in COVID. Overhead performed the work as promised, for the quoted price, and did quality work. The crew was pleasant and professional. You may find some a little cheaper, but they do good work for the price. Plan to continue using them.

Appointment was made, but no one showed up for the whole day. Rep was not apologetic at all of his mistake.

The tech came out as scheduled was there about 10 minutes but didn't know exactly what part was needed and said he would talk with his manager and call by end of the day to let us know what part would be needed and when it would come in. 2 days go by and no call. I called Cherise and told her we were expecting a call and she checked with the operations manager and said the part would be in any day and she would call to schedule a time for installation. A week went by and no one called. My husband was able to repair the part that came off and it works fine. About 2 1/2 weeks later Cherise called to let me know the part came in. I told her we fixed it already since we had not heard from anyone in over 3 weeks. No apology or concern. A few days later, I got a call from Brandon that he was on the way to install the part. I told him we fixed it and I told Cherise we don't need this part! We used them about a year ago when we installed our opener so not sure what has changed since then but clearly they are not organized.I will not call them again.

The first time they tried a repair and it did not work and they came back out and replaced it-- the motor was under warranty- so no charge.

It was good. They came out, they looked at the door, they ordered the parts they needed. On their return visit, they had one guy that came and installed it within two hours.
