Osborne Plumbing and Drain

Osborne plumbing on 12/26/2023 to fix broken hot water pipe and leak under my kitchen sink he charged me $926.00 to fix that one pipe 2 days later I found another leak in the same area I call them back out and said he didn’t see that leak at the time and wanted to charge 450.00 to fix the other leak that he missed this company Osborne plumbing and Drain is a Rip Off beware ?? I’am a disabled Veteran I will never ever use this company again

Very professional- they were busy that day and had to move my scheduled
time.They kept me advised and provided good communication. When the tech
was done with the diagnosis, he explained in detail what the issue was
and how he was going to handle.

The plummer Matt, assessed the problem, a badly blocked drain, damaged toilet wax seal and bracket.  Matt discussed possible scenarios and solutions.  Matt showed me the prices for each possible issue and what would need to be done for each.  Upon my request, Matt  also replaced a damaged shut off valve to the toilet.  Matt answered all my questions regarding future plumming issues as well.  There were no suprises or unexpected cost.  The prices quoted are comparable to on line reviews I searched beforehand. .  Matt gave advise on how to prevent anothor blockage.  Matt cleaned up after his work and asked if there was anything else that needed attention, even though it was very late in the day.  He was willing to stay later if needed.  Matt was very courteous.  I would highly recommend Osborne Plumming and Drain and will definitly use them for future projects.

Matt looked at the problem areas, then discussed options and pricing. The work was done expertly in less than half the time I had guessed it might take. He also shared observations about preventive projects which can be planned for a later date and identified the parts to have on hand when that work is scheduled, to save money on the replacements.

I am a very satisfied customer of Osborne Plumbing. They are not cheap but they are very professional, responsive, punctual, and their work is excellent. Matt was the plumber and he is a good guy and did a terrific job

All the work was performed properly and as promised. One small problem was addressed, and taken care of immediately. They provided me with the name of a drywall specialist to correct the areas, cut out to facilitate the installation. Their technician were both professional and friendly. I had researched this company and due to the favorable comments I came across, I did not do any competitive shopping as I normally do.

Had it unclogged very fast!

The crew was extremely knowledgeable and expedient.  When we called, they quickly sent a plumber from another site to determine what was going on in our home.  They returned the next day and completely replaced the sewage extractor which required two plumbers.  They explained the entire process to us and were very friendly!  We will be using them again in the future.

My 80 year old mother was charged $162.95 to fix a leaky faucet with a flat $140 house call fee that she was not aware of until after the fact. I called and told them that I thought it was too much as we had work done on our house where another plumbing company came to our house, 2 men dug up our front yard, replaced pipes and only charged us 3 more dollars than Osborne did for a leaky faucet. I called and complained to no avail.
