I like their friendly customer service. He explained everything is was putting down like what it would and wouldn't do.

The company is here when they say their going to be here. The same employee has been doing my services for years, he's very good and polite. Convenient if you need to reschedule.

They come on their schedule. I would use them again in the future.

They always ask if I need anything other than what is already on the schedule to treat. They dont charge extra for those things and if I see that something is not right they will come right back out. Everything has been fine with them until they changed their base for their calls to Atlanta. I used to be able to call them locally and now I have to call a telephone bank. They were coming out 2 times a month and I didn't need them that often. It took me about 3 months and four phone calls to correct that issue. Finally, it was resolved. I prefer to work with a local company. I think they charge me a special price because I have been using them for so long.

I requested extermination services for a rental property. To guarantee their service, I had to sign up for a year of service. I paid upfront for an entire year. Numerous times they where told to discontinue the service after the year. After the year of service, they continued to spray the exterior of the property without my permission and billed me afterwards. I called them and informed them of their error and they said that they would resolve the issue. Months later, they sent it to a collection agency that demanded payment and threatened my credit. After two or three more calls, they reviewed their notes, discovered their mistake and discontinued pursuit by the collection agency.

I have had them for ten years now. I am very pleased with them and would continue to use them for pest control services.

I like that they come on a schedule basis and I do not have to think about it. The price seems a little high to me.

They are professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

It went really well. Jeramie was really good and very nice and did a subterranean termite service that day for us. He also checked for any signs of termite activity or dampness. He stated he did not see any signs of termites at this time.

Eddy is our service technician and he is wonderful. He is really good and personable, and goes above and beyond with service. He listens to what you need and he takes care of it.

They did a great job and are very thorough. They cleaned all the cob webs and swept up all the spiders. I haven't had problems with the spiders since. I would recommend them to others.

We have always been pleased with the service we get from Orkin. They are great to work with. They are aware of where they are spraying and the surroundings. We will definitely continue to use them.

They seem to be competent as far as keeping the termites away, and the technicians are courteous and professional. I have no problems with the actual termite service. However the back office is a nightmare. I spent hours trying to resolve a billing dispute, and when paperwork had to be submitted to "national" for approval to reinstate my account (which was terminated without any notice even though it was paid up) the local office claimed they had no way to know how long it would take until reinstatement nor were they able to check on the status of my account. Even one month after I paid for the following year's service the local office would not schedule service because they could not tell me the status of my account. I finally had to call the national office to straighten it out.

David Harrigan has been our Orkin technician for approximately three years now. He is very knowledgeable about bugs and goes the extra mile to help keep our house pest free. I highly recommend this individual. They come every other month, and he calls in advance to make sure that we will be home for the interior service. If we have any problems in between regular calls, they will make a special trip out for no extra charge. He is very personable, and always takes his shoes off when he comes in the house. Having a regular pest control company gives us peace of mind.

I have used them for three years and have always been very happy with their service and effectiveness of their job. They are very accomodating as well. Orkin will come out whenever there is a problem at no exta cost. My orkin man even came over when my husband was out of town to pick up a dead bug off of the floor.
