I signed on to a service contract with them for $111.00 per month .  Had a brief problem with Mice around foundation, ants etc...  Initial service was good then the responsiveness went down hill.  3-4 days to respond to a call and no call before showing at the house for scheduled treatment.  We have an ant issue in our bathroom upstairs which i called about numerous times but each time he came out no one was home because we got no advance call so he could enter so he would spray outside and be done.
I secured ant spray myself and sprayed along the cabinets and down in the plumbing area.....ANTS GONE and spent $7.00 on a can of Ant Spray.  If you do not have major pest problems you are better off doing it yourself..

They come out every 2 months to spray, but you are allowed to have unscheduled visit with no charge if you start to see any bugs on your home. They even spray the outside b

The tech was very prompt and knowledgeable. He was friendly and had lots of good advice. The last thing I wanted was someone who would come out and spray around the house and tell me I'm good. The service was a tad expensive but carpenter ants are not acceptable in the house. I personally would rather pay more for good service than pay less for someone who's only concern is getting to the next job.

I just find them expensive and not terribly good. I find them more expensive than I could get with other services. The main reason I switched is because i didn't feel we were getting value for what they were doing.

We pay $125 per quarter. We would recommend them.

We used them for the first time last year and they were good. I liked their quality of service, timeliness and reliability. I recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

.They are good I don''t have any complaints. Jim came out to my house and he did a great job. I realy need them and I depend on them for sure. They are actually going to expand for me to include ants and flying insects.I haven't had any problems with their work. They work with you on the price and payments. They seem to be pretty comparable to others. I will continue to use them.

They charge me $75 every two months. They're very professional. They wear little botties to cover their shoes when they come into your house. They know exactly what they've done previously and they do their homework.

They did an adequate job. I would probably hire them again for the initial treatments. Their follow up annual charge, which is like $320 annually to come out and inspect; I think is a bit high so I probably will not go for that. They were punctual. Very polite and professional. They showed up on time and left on time and cleaned everything up they were supposed to. They did a good job. They probably are a little bit high on the price list but they seem to have a pretty good warranty.

We had used another service provider in the past and we were very unhappy with them. These people came and diagnosed the issue right away what the other people were not able to do. We have been happy with them.

We have used this company for the past twelve years. I like that they inspect the property every year. They explain how they battle termites and I like that they stand behind their work.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SPRAY ON THE INSIDE AS WELL AND HAVE ONLY DONE THIS ONCE. EVERY OTHER TIME IT HAS BEEN OUTSIDE, WHICH IS NOT WHAT THE CONTRACT STATES.

ALSO THEY CAME OUT LATE IN THE DAY AND DID NOT COME BACK UNTIL 2-3 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

MONTHLY SERVICE FOR ANYTHING THAT CRAWLS, EXCEPT CHILDREN. THEY HAVE NOT ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL, BUT MY CURRENT SERVICE PROVIDER HAS BEEN VERY PUNCTUAL.
