We had shopped with Dave before, buying a king bed a year ago. Since that purchase, we had toured the factory, and were quite impressed. When it came time for another bed, it was easy to choose. They had the bed custom made for us within two days of our request, and everything went off without a hitch. Both beds are great quality and value, and they both allow us to sleep quite well.

From start to finish at the store location at I-485 and Ballantyne Commons, it was as "smooth as glass". The salesman was very informative and helpful throughout. The pricing was great and delivered as promised!

I WENT TO THE STORE TO BUY A MATTRESS DURING THE WEEK. THERE WAS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK IN 15 MINUTES. I WAITED FOR OVER A HALF HOUR AND NO ONE CAME BACK, SHAMEFUL! THEY LOST MY BUSINESS!

I PURCHASED MATTRESSES IN THE STORE ON TWO OCCASIONS IN MAY AND JUNE. NO SALES PRESSURE. ORDER WAS ENTERED QUICKLY. DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS ON BOTH OCCASIONS.
