Absolutely fantastic! Very professional, excellent results, objective advice, and a can-do attitude. After meeting her initially, I looked forward to having Kim come and provide services and am trying to think of other things that she can do for us. What a nice person.

Excellent! Was able to do the job same day and was incredibly knowledgeable. Consulted with the flooring folks who were also on the job that day to make sure it worked for them. She was great to work with and super thorough in doing the job.

My first thought, in completing this survey, was that I had wished there would have been a category above excellent.....such as

"SUPERIOR".  Kim Judy definitely would have fallen into that category on all of the above points.  she was very punctual; had an excellent and upbeat attitude and she completed all of the work in the designated time.  Besides her excellent, neat work.....her prices are most fair.  My wife and I are very thankful that we found Kim Judy because any job, big or little, that I no longer can or choose to do, I know that I have someone dependable, caring and understanding to call on.  SHE IS A "FIND".   I highly recommend her for any job that you may have.  She will discuss what you want, make possible suggestions, if you want, and if you hire her......you will be most pleased as I am.  That's a guarantee!!!

Outstanding work. Very reliable and on-time (or called if running late). Clean up was excellent with no trace after job was complete. Very trustworthy. Got along well with our dog. Have subsequently used her for some small items (dry wall repair; window sill repari; ceiling light replacement) without problem.

Her name is Kim Judy and she is self-employed and does home repairs and installing doors and stuff like that. I got her name from my sister. She is just really good and her prices are great. I went and bought the garbage disposal and paid for that and she just charged me to put it in. She shows up when she says and does her work and that is it. We are having her come out here again to install some doors.

The job was rushed and there was no fallow-up.
Response from One Woman And A Toolbox Inc
"Work was sub-contracted out and was preformed primarily by that company. If I had been contacted in regards to the left insulation I would have been there myself to remove it. My apologizes to this member for the unsatisfied results in the work. I no longer sub-contract out to that company I used for that specific job. I want my customers to trust me and there have been occasions when I have sub-contracted out a job that has ended in less desirable results. If this is the case I no longer sub-contract to that company and notify the company as to why I am letting them go. I only wish she would have contacted me directly about her job, because I would have made it right for her and for anyone else."

She did great work. She came on time, did the work quickly and really charged reasonable prices. I would use her again, and I have recommended her to others. She follows up promptly to resolve any issues to my satisfaction, and always leaves my home very neat.
