It went great. I have used Mike for 6 years now and always solves my problems. I am a senior citizen and cant figure out things on my own. Mike always solves the problem and get me back on track. I wouldn't let just anyone in my house and into my computer with all the bad things that happen these days.

I have two Ring doorbells and Amazon Dot Alexa devices. These got messed up when I had to change my Wi-Fi password. I also have two digital photo frames that stopped working. Mike got everything up and running in one quick visit. He also showed me how to use Face ID on my iPhone and convinced me to take advantage of that technology. I was skeptical at first but now I think it’s great. I really appreciate having a resource that’s up to date on all the latest technology.

I first found Mike on Angie's List in 2014. I hired him to install a new desktop and printer and update software. Since that time, I have been using him several times a year as I encounter software or Outlook issues, or when I have added hardware. He is very responsive and has always been able to fix my issues. He helped me twice in 2019 so far. Highly recommend. Nice person.

I needed a laptop and didn’t want to give up my desktop. I like the larger screen, full keyboard, and using a mouse. I have always worked at my desk with my papers and files close at hand. Mike came up with the perfect solution. He replaced my desktop with powerful new laptop that connected to rest of the system through a single cable. The same cable would also keep the laptop fully charged. Now I have the best of both worlds. I can work at the desk in comfortable surrounding while home, and go on the road to my vacation home and visit family using the same computer . At home, the computer is tucked away out of sight so It looks and feels just like the old desktop.He also transferred everything from the old machine so it looks and feels exactly the same. The only thing different is that the new computer is much faster.

Mike was great. He quickly figured out my issue and made the necessary adjustments. Would highly recommend him. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and he arrived right on time.

Very punctual. Called within a one hour from my email (on a Saturday) and we set an appointment. Very knowledgeable. Got some info from me about my problem. Checked my whole system and corrected the problem within an hour (i have complicated system). I was very impressed with Mike (owner) and will definitely call him again with any computer system issue. I would highly recommend him because of punctuality, knowledge, pricing and ability to solve my problem. Best service and price that I have had.

It went great! Mike made recommendations for what I needed, keeping my price range in mind. He did an excellent job of setup and data file transfer and had me up and running in a short period of time. He is always very reachable, responsive to questions and helpful. I can’t imagine using anyone else for my computer servicing needs!

Very good mike is a real pro

This may seem trivial, but it isn’t. I have a desktop computer, a wireless printer, three roku streaming media players, an iPad, two iPhones, two Ring Pro video doorbells, and a surveillance system. These all connect to my mesh whole house Wi-Fi setup. They all needed to be updated to the new password and tested to make sure everything still worked together. Mike did so with very little effort on my part. I wasn’t present for most of the work, but felt comfortable giving Mike access to the premises as I had on numerous other occasions. He is honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and always gets the job done. He did the same thing at my lake house. The network there wasn’t as complicated, but the old password didn’t work anymore. I thought the router needed to be replaced, but Mike did a factory reset and now everything works fine. I just had to give him the combination to my keypad and he did the work by himself unattended.

It was a great experience. Mike helped me select a good product and then set it up with Microsoft Office and Internet security. This was a bit challenging as she lives in AZ and we are in Charlotte, NC. Mike was able to migrate all the data from her old computer remotely. This was all done with no glitches. I have used Mike several times in the last 5 years as he always goes above and beyond to patiently help me.
