I couldn't have had a better experience. The process went as smoothly as could be expected and I didn't even have to leave my office to close the loan. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home.

Converted my 30yr fixed into a 15 fixed with a terrific rate and no costs at closing. David Lockwood was my rep and was always very communicative, prompt, and friendly. Everyone involved in the transaction was super friendly. They even came to my home to complete the closing. This was a ridiculously easy process. Only thing that could have improved it (not really their fault) is all the bloody paperwork. Doing e-signatures at closing helped with some papers but would love to see more of this process moved into the digital realm. Can't recommend these guys enough!
