Manicures/Nails
Manicure and pedicure were acceptable. However, in middle of a procedure,the technician asked for payment before nail polish applied. Technician was given the gift certificate. She said "This is no good, it is expired." Expiration date not defined as such on certificate. Technician said "You must pay now" in very abrupt tone. My wife politely asked to speak to a manager. He wasn't there; technician called him, he refused to honor certificate. Technician again demanded coarsely "you must pay now" before procedure was completed. My wife paid in cash; technician finished procedure but treated my wife very discourteously for remainder of time. When she got home, my wife discovered that nail polish had been spilled on her purse during the treatment and gotten on her clothes. Manager later honored the gift certificate but the experience was still poor.
