About us

My name is Shannon Lavery and I am a nationally Certified Mold Inspector. I do commercial and residential mold inspections and testing. I have extensive mold knowledge as well as building and construction knowledge, and was previously a licensed Home Inspector. My attention to detail is unparalleled. I have been doing mold inspections for several years and I have performed close to a thousand mold inspections. I am a small business owner, BBB and IAQA acredited, and I genuinely care about the health and well being of my clients.

You simply will not find a more thorough or trustworthy mold inspector out there than Shannon Lavery of Muddy Girl Inspections. She worked with our family over a period of two years, from initial mold inspection and testing of our home, to assisting us in a lawsuit against a mold remediation company that failed to do its job, to three sets of mold testing while another remediation company struggled to make our house safe and livable again. Shannon is also one of the nicest people you will meet. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
