The service was excellent. Made the appointment over the phone. Showed up on time ready to work and did an excellent job. Knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. Changed the locks, provided four keys, reset one of the deadbolts as it didn't close correctly and even helped us out on a minor repair. Highly recommend this company!

I found Edward Thomas from Mr. ReKey of Charlotte very professional and extremely courteous. Mr. ReyKey offered the lowest fee out out of the top three rated locksmiths that I called for this specific service. Once more, I didnt have to wait long to make arrangements for the service and I appreciated the fact that Edward called me as soon as he knew that he could give me a specific time that he would be out so that I didnt have to wait the entire 2 hour window of time originally given-very thoughtful of him.

Awesome! Same day service for residential rekey in Wake Forest (Raleigh, NC area). From customer service to the technician who did the service-very satisfied! Edward Thomas was friendly, extremely fast, and on time! Price didn't change from quote on phone. Made mistake of trying to use different business earlier in day (who's price in person was much higher than estimate given on phone). Highly recommend Mr. Rekey!
