Reached out quickly, scheduled quickly, prompt arrival and work completion. Explained what was done and how to reach if followup needed. Curent pressure in main bathroom faucet has decreased but just have not had time to followup but the service provided was great and I doubt I will have any problem in asking for a followup on the pressure issue. He even remembered to say happy birthday even though it had been several days since we spoke.

Rick and his team are great.  We got multiple quotes and Ricks was by far the most fair.  Very professional and responsive.  We had numerous plumbing jobs as we are renovating our new home. Water was leaking from the backflow on the irrigation system for 4 hours before I became aware of the leak.  Called Mountain Island Plumbing and he (Rick) responded right away. He explained what caused the problem and corrected it immediately. I have used Mountain Island Plumbing on many occasions and have always been pleased with the work. Wonderful! I could not have asked for a better experience. Rick replaced and tested the water flow meter. After that I asked Rick about the irrigation system zones. Although he said he doesn't normally do it with the install, Rick tested and adjusted each of our irrigation heads. He explained how the adjustments were made so that I could adjust them myself in the future. He also patched a hole in our drip zone. I would definitely recommend Rick for winterization of irrigation, repair of irrigation pipes, and any of your other plumbing needs.
