MOOSE'S GUTTER SVC

Moose was among 4 companies I call for a quote.  One never called back, one came to measure but never sent me a price even with two phone calls, one was just crazy over priced.  Moose called back promptly, set up an appointment for a Saturday morning so I did not have to leave work, and showed up when he said he would.  He measured, asked lots of questions, showed me problem areas I did not know I had and gave me a price within 48 hours.  This carried all the way through the job.  When he hit a problem, he would show me the issue and work hard to resolve it at a reasonable price.  If felt at ease with Moose and Robert (the installer) throughout the job.



Their work looks great.  They were the best priced and did a outstanding job.  They didn't make promises they could not keep and they stayed on the job till it was done.  I highly recommend Moose.  Old fashioned quality and good prices with people who will take the time to explain what they are doing.

The guy that came out to hang the gutters was great, he did an exceptional job. My problem is with the people in the office. I have been waiting for the invoice for the $900 I spent to turn in to the FHA loan to be reimbursed for these gutters, and have yet to hear back from them. I have called them every hour for the past two days, and now I'm out $900. The guy that runs all the estimates, said the lady that takes care of these invoices was supposed to have it done two weeks ago, and I explained they could just email it to me, and I've never heard from them.

It went great. Moose and I agreed on a date for him to start. That morning, after I returned from errands he was almost done. I'd completely forgotten about our appointment, but that didn't stop him. He was done in no time at all. I noticed he kindly swept off piles of pine needles that had accumulated on the roof. I had been wondering how I was going to get those off of there. Thanks. :)
After he was done with that, he climbed the entirety of our 4800-square-foot main house and inspected and cleaned all of those gutters for a very small fee. He did find one area where the gutter was sagging a little and went ahead and fixed it as part of the process.
Moose and his team have installed gutters on several of my rental properties. He had done such a great job for a great price that my contractor hired him to install the gutters on this house we just built. They're great--estimate came in much less than others who had bid on the job.
Now it's time for Moose to go around and clean and inspect the gutters on all my rentals--even those where he didn't do the install. It's well worth the investment. I'll never climb a ladder again.
I'll also never need to get estimates from multiple gutter guys--I just call Moose and ask him to come fix the gutters or install new ones, and he gives me the bill and that's that. I feel his prices are fair, and I don't need to haggle with him.
Always on time, does exactly what he says he'll do, and does an excellent job. Stands behind his work.
