Mike's Gutter & Roof Repair

We had them come out about the same time we did the thing in basement and we had a very small, like a little porch roof that we wanted to put a gutter and gutter guards on. The man that owns it came out and looked at it and gave us an estimate. He was fantastic, just really nice, knew what he was talking about, very impressed with him. So we decided to take his estimate. The people in the office were trying to set it up and they just had the biggest fiasco with setting up the appointment. They'd set it up and nobody would show up. They did that about four times, and I think the problem was they were hiring this out to somebody else to do the work, and the people they were hiring out to weren't cooperating with what they were saying they were gonna do. Finally I got to the point where I was gonna find somebody else to do it, and they showed up like about 6:00 on a Friday afternoon. They were here about an hour, they did a great job, there's nothing in the world wrong with what they did. I loved the man that came out here; my husband and I both liked him a lot, really did. Didn't want to hurt his business, and it wasn't the people in his office; it was who he was sub-contracting it to. When they did the work, they did a fine job. Everybody had told us they felt like if they could get the water to run a different way, it would help with the basement problem too. The man who came out here and gave me the estimate was fantastic, the lady in the office was great; it was the sub-contractor that they were using that was not showing up. Like he told them he had come here and done it, and he hadn't done it. She sent me an invoice and I said well I'm not gonna pay for something I hadn't had done yet. They told me they were there yesterday. Well guess what, they weren't, and then they showed up about an hour later. It is his responsibility because that's who he hired, but at the same time, he really is good and I think if he could get that part straightened out, he'd be fantastic.

Mike came to our home and gave us an estimate to remove and replace the gutters and down spouts. The existing gutters were constantly getting clogged with leaves due to the contractors placing tree too close to the structure. Once removed he recommended we get the area pressure washed and notify him when completed.
We did this. He came out within two days and replaced the gutters with new 6and quot; gutters and down spouts, picked up the old gutters, etc, and blew down areas around the house where the leaves were knocked down while working.
His crew was professional and work was completed in approximately 4 to 5 hours.
It really looks good.....clean and white!!!

We contacted Mikeand quot;s Gutter and Roofing Reair through Angie's list and he responded right away. We set up a date to get a quote. The owner [Mike] came on the date and time promised. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had him here to get a quote on new gutters but while talking to him I found out that they also did siding and aluminum trim work. We hired him to do all the trim on our home and to install siding on one gable end and to install new gutters, down spouts and leaf guards. Mike's did excellent work and even did a few things that we had not talked about for no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Mike's Gutters and Roof repair to anyone and would definitely use them again. Great company to work with.

Every now and then you encounter a service provider who restores your faith in the belief that there are people out there who care about their clients. I called Mike's Roofing after inadvertently putting a hole in my roof. Mike came out the same day, repaired the hole, and even fixed something additional he found w/o charge. He was personable, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend using Mike for any of your roofing or gutter needs!
