"bearings and windings gone in blower motor. also, ignition control board is bad and possibly transformer. blower coming on before ignition sequence begins is evidence board is bad. unable to check voltage out of transformer without changing board first. customer noticed display on t-stat disappearing, could be from weak voltage (less than 24 volts) from transformer. customer taking a day to decide. If this is the invoice you signed for us - Then what the other company did was a bandaid fix - We in good sense will not do that when we know that the temporary fix is just that " temporary " if there is anything we may do for you at all please feel free to call me 703-658-1128 Maurice"

The problem was they charged me way, way too much. They had said they would have to be drilling through the studs in order to run the wire. Instead of taking them three or four hours it took them an hour. They did not make an adjustment to the price and charged me the same price while taking one-third or one-fourth the time. Mainly because they had budgeted for the worse case and it was the easiest case. They did not even offer, being as it was easier, to deduct so much for this. I was unhappy with that. They seemed to know what they were doing and they were responsive. They were right on time.
