We were very impressed by the job that Brian and his team did. They were super easy to work with and nice folks. Everything looks and smells SO much better.

Brian has been cleaning our carpets for over 15 years. He is always on time and professional. The carpets look like new everytime he cleans. I used him for 3 area rugs and cleaning of 2 upholstered chairs. He is particularly good at getting impossible stains out of rugs.

His communication was excellent. While he wasn’t sure about a couple of stains that occurred during moving, the end result was well worth trying to clean first before reupholstering again. I will definitely use them again

Brian and Chris did a wonderful job... going above and beyond what I had asked. They had to drive to my location from a relatively distant earlier job and kept me posted about their arrival. (They were very close to being on time.) The furniture was cleaned--dryed (to the best extent possible), and they protected floors and rugs as well. They cleaned some very inexpensive stair runner which now look great and more expensive than they were.

Brian was outstanding. Very professional and friendly. Top quality work. Will use again.

Brian did a fabulous job.  I would never have expected that the grout in my teenage son's bath could come so clean!  I am more than pleased with this work, and will have Metro Steamway back to clean the carpets and upholstery soon.

I needed my carpet cleaned for my condo rental before I put on the market.  Brian was able to schedule cleaning quickly and did a great job.  After cleaning, Brian called to describe the cleaning and what cleaning methods that were used to clean "tough" spots in the carpet.  Pricing was fair, i.e., minimum charge.   I recommend MetroSteamway and would use again.

FANTASTIC result!!  The tiles in our kitchen and back hall are approximately 9x9" and we had about 450.  Brian will even do a demonstration when he comes to clean your carpets so you can see the effect of the cleaning.  It was a dramatic difference.  The light grout had turned almost black over the years (25+) since it had been installed and no floor cleaning products could lighten it up.  It took Brian about 2 hours to do the entire floor and the result was incredible.  He charges a $1 per tile for this size, but he made the floors look like new.  This was worth the price we paid for the service.  We will likely do this again in our older bathrooms.   Brian is one of the most professional and reliable contractors I have ever hired.

1. Brian is always prompt and reliable.  He was able to remove a very tough tree sap stain (many stains) from a white wall to wall carpet.  The stains are completely gone, he even removed the orange residue from a product I tried on the stains first.  Never do that, jjust call Brian and he will get it out in almost all circumstances.  The oriental rug had not been cleaned in a while and it looks like new.  I call Brian about every 6 months to take care of the rugs and occasionally the upholstered furniture in our home.

job. He arrived on time and took the time for a thorough cleaning. I was
very impressed and will definitely being using him again in the
future.

Brian and his brother-in-law showed up early and did an excellent job. He was able to remove stains in 3 rooms including black paint drops left by painters who refinished our doors. We were surprised by how well he extracted the water -- the carpet almost felt dry when he left! We would definitely use him again.

Great response, fast booking, excellent service. No wasting time, no changing schedules, just did a great job in the time frame I had. I hired them after my scheduled company had to cancel my appointment! I was moving across country and could not wait for a later date.
