Mercy Carpet Cleaning came to NDEI to do our office carpet and stairs for a move out and did a great job! Had many coffee stains that needed to be removed and they were able to get them all out. Great price to for the service you get. I definitely recommend Mercy and will use them again!

Pete did an awesome job. He came out on his day off, gave me a great price to do the work, and then went ahead an completed the job while he was there. The tenants moved out and almost destroyed the carpets. Pete breathed new life back into them and the house house looks good as new. Would highly recommend his services!

Service was fantastic! The carpets were cleaned better than expected! Pet stains and smell is gone including that slime my kids make! Great service provided and and extremely friendly staff!

Pete was a very hard-working man and professional in both appearance and manner. He showed pride in his work. Office manager was very nice on the phone and willing to work with me on my schedule. They have a sense of family to which I hold most fear to my heart.
