It went great overall. They didn't charge a penny or try to get me to pay for brakes that I didn't need. They were honest and I would go back again. I had to wait for about 2 hours.

The guy at the desk was friendly but a straight shooter and told me he could do the job but sometimes these high performance kits need tweaking. His price was right at $100 and the extra pipe he had to weld on was only an extra $30. They did an excellent job at a very fair price and was easy to get along with. No agressive intimidation here just honest friendly service.

I brought in the car for a new muffler (knew I needed one) and upon inspection, Jason took me into the shop and showed me exactly why I needed a new resonator as well as a muffler. He had everything in stock, told me how much parts and labor were, did not pressure me to have the work done, and got it all done in about an hour. Jason was very polite and knowledgeable, both over the phone when I called for a ballpark estimate on a muffler, and in person when the work was performed. I had a $20 off coupon from their website and I was satisfied with the speed of the service and quality of the work. The muffler has a lifetime warranty.

Being new to the area, this shop was great for me to get my truck fixed at a very reasonable price. I received quotes from other repair shops, and their prices were astronomical in comparison. I don't have a problem with businesses making money, but those prices were ridiculous!! With this Meineke shop, I feel that I received a very fair price AND received high quality work. Jason and Josh were great in explaining the problem/solution. If you live in this area, this shop is definitely worth considering for repair work.
