Dr. Owen used to be my primary care physician, and was stellar in that regard- then he went off to specialize in cardiology. I had always been impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness, so was quite pleased that he was now my cardiologist. Both times that I arrived, I barely had time to take a seat and grab a magazine before staff came and ushered me into the clinic- haven't had that experience much in doctors' offices! The receptionists, technicians and nursing staff were very friendly. The technicians, in particular, were extremely information and helpful, answering all my questions very thoroughly. The entire experience was as pleasant as anything having to do with cardiac testing could possibly be!
