MATTRESS SOURCE

Unfortunately I had  my emergency back surgery on June 8th I started the process with Mattress Source on the May 22nd to work with me on giving me a credit so I could purchase another style of mattress especially since this one has now been discontinued from Sealy,  I have talked with Sealy and  Mattress Source about the box springs breaking down and the extreme dis-comfort of this mattress set.    I have called Sealy and Mattress Source  about 3 times a week since May 22nd and and they just don't seem to care because they either will not return my phone call or they will call and say they will have me an answer next week .  Next week comes and goes and no answer.  Mattress Source Customer Service did call last Thursday, June 21st  and said they would have an answer for me on Monday, June 25th.  Today is Friday, June 29th and no response. I thought better of Sealy but I guess customer service is just not a strong suites.  I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from Mattress Source!!  Totaly disappointment.

Purchased the mattress and pillow at the store and had a pleasant experience. Only negative occurred when I asked about the return policy for the pillow. My salesman wasn't sure and then said I could not return the pillow. It was clear that he did not know the return policy. We opted to pick up the mattress to save the delivery fee. When we unwrapped the box spring we noticed it was torn in several spots. I called the store to see if I could arrange for an exchange and was told we would get a new box spring the next day. The next day I called the store to see what time to expect the new box spring. I was told that I had to come and make the exchange myself. It was just days before Christmas and we were very busy. I explained to the salesman (who was clearly annoyed) that we should not have to make a second trip since we were given defective merchandise. He responded saying that the rip could have occurred when we loaded it on to our truck. I hung up and became very angry after being treated so poorly by a very unknowledgeable and unprofessional salesman. I called back and said that if I had to come back to the store I would be returning the mattress set for a refund. He then said he would call the "owner" to see if he could get someone to swap out the mattress. He called back and said someone would be out the next day and ended the conversation with a very sarcastic "are you happy now?" I later realized I was sold the lower end of the Sealy line when I thought I was buying a Sealy Posturepedic. A club store had the better mattress at the same price. We will not return to Factory Mattress.

Due to sleep problems and aches and pains my husband and I were searching for a new mattress. After shopping around and narrowing it down to either Select Comfort or Tempurpedic, I found the Factory Mattress store. The manager, David, was extremely knowledgeable about all types of mattresses including the 2 I was considering. He pointed out the positive and negative features of each kind. I took my husband cback the following day to make the final decision. David let us look at the beds with absolutely no pressure. He was there to answer questions if we had any but let us make the decision on our own. The whole experience was very positive and they offer next day delivery. The delivery folks came at the time promised and did an excellent job of setting everything up. If you're in the market for a mattress of any type I'd suggested going to Factory Mattress. They had very good prices on all kinds of beds.
