Leo use to be a project manager for a flooring company in the past and Igor used to be a flooring installer in New Jersey, then they had an idea to open a new business in Charlotte-NC to make the industry better and to deliver high-quality services to the community offering an outstanding customer service and professional job.

When I was totally stressed out, I finally shared my flooring concerns with family and friends. A friend said five words “you have to call Leo!” So I called Leo/Mastery Floors. The patience and professionalism of Leo and his team of installers was outstanding! Leo patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, recommended a flooring product and very professionally installed it.
