Anthony Cinanni was the sales rep handling our project. It was an insurance claim and he walked us through the process with very little effort from us. They installed a Fortified roof and we're very happy with work from start to finish. Thanks Anthony for all your help!

Thought roof was close to collapse however they sent someone out for same day estimate. Crisis averted! Jeff diagnosed quickly and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and being friendly was the icing on top. He gave assurance and follow up information. Will definitely use again if need arises. Extremely satisfied!

It started with Conner Jackson. Told us to go through our insurance, The insurance pay for the roof repair. The team was excellent and finished the roof in one day.

I don't normally write reviews, but this company did a great job! It started with Conner Jackson my sales rep .He was great with communication ,easy to get in touch with and he helped me with the financials and gave me a very fair price!! He was by far the best. All the work was done in 1 day, Great cleanup ,and all the pictures of the work were nice to have. I highly recommend!

The finest in their field is Masters Roofing. I received a folder from Tom Shay that was filled with materials and details about the business, shingle options, shingle colors, etc. He started working on the papers right away, and a few weeks later my roof had insurance approval! The finest option was Master Roofing. Tom persisted in helping me choose the ideal shingle hue and delivered real samples to my house. Once a date was decided upon, the shingles were delivered as scheduled, and the job was finished on time, neatly, and efficiently. The entire process was stress-free!

We had a small intermittent leak in our 10yrs young roof which we suspected was coming from a vent pipe. Masters Roofing came out and performed a FREE comprehensive inspection of our roof, including all of the 7 pipes. We were given a 45+ photo library of the findings, a thorough explanation and suggested remedy. It was a simple fix! Caulk the 2â  gap between the â  bootâ  and vent pipe. Masters Roofing provides professional, honest, quality work! Before they left, Masters Roofing suggested we consider a â  roof tune upâ  in 3-5 years to prolong the roof life. We didnâ  t know there was such a service and will DEFINITELY have Masters Roofing back!!

Highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job installing my new roof. I was very impressed with the fact that they covered the front & side of the house with tarps and they covered all the plants. They got everything done in one day and even stayed late, after it got dark, to finish up because the forecast was for heavy rains the next day. They did a great cleanup job and came back the day after the rain to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and clean up anything they missed. My company rep, Jeff, took care of all the insurance details. I only talked to the insurance company 1 time. I love my new roof and the experience was 5 stars! Masters roofing did an excellent job. They showed up on time and finished the job in a day. The work was clean and neat. They took multiple photos before and after pictures and shared them immediately while the installation going on; it helps quickly identify any problems if in case.

Tom was great to work with. He walked me through the entire process and was always available when I had questions. They completed the job in a day and cleaned up so well that you would never know they were here. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new roof!

Masters Roofing is the best in their business. 10 years ago I had hail damage to my roof and every single house surrounding me was approved for replacement but I was denied, 3 times! Fast forward to fall 2020, there was wind damage to my roof and I lost several shingles. Again, I went to my insurance company; long story short, I was denied once again. Spring of 2021 it was suggested I obtain estimates from a roofer and resubmit the claim to insurance. I began gathering estimates from 6 different roofing companies but there was one that stood out to me, Masters Roofing. They sent a representative out, Tom Shay, who was very professional and very knowledgeable of the products and process! He spent a lot of time explaining the process, my color choices of shingles and material used. Tom was the ONLY one of the six estimates to provide me a folder with material and information about the company, shingle choices, shingle colors, etc. If anyone could get my roof approved, it was Masters Roofing. They immediately prepared the necessary paperwork to submit to insurance; a couple weeks later my roof was approved! Master Roofing was the best choice. Tom continued to work with me in selecting the right shingle color and delivering actual samples to my home. Once the date was set, the shingles were delivered as planned and the work was completed on time and in a clean and organized manner. I couldnâ  t have asked for a better experience. Tom Shay, project manager was Excellent. He kept me informed on everything to be done. He would come by to examine the work, Master's also installed new gutters with leaf guard. I had a couple questions and Tom came by. When he checked it out; the workers had installed white leaf guard instead of black to match gutters. The guys came back late on Saturday and removed the wrong ones and put in new ones. Roofers and gutter guys cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Roof was more debris and handled every single bit of it. I Highly recommend Master's Roofing.

The communication level is not professional on any level! A few problems. Not going to go into detail about all of them or bash the company. Just make sure everything is upfront and communicating is key with the company. This is my suggestion for anyone who hires them!

I worked with Tom Shay who priced the job. He was very thorough in his inspection and explaining options. The roofing crew came out when they promised, worked very hard from dawn till way after dusk and got the job mostly done in one day. I had three skylights that I was concerned about that needed flashing correctly and these were taken care of. They came back the following day and finished up. They protected all the plantings around the house. Everyone was very courteous. Clean up was very thorough. Excellent job!

Outstanding in every way. The sales rep who did the initial inspection took the time to reattach a section of the ridge cap which had torn off before they had gotten the contract. Great job, great price and a pleasure to work with.

They were very professional, on time, on an amazing budget, and worked with insurance (although insurance didn't pay out, but that's a State Farm problem, the contractor went above and beyond). Left the site spotless. Great customer service. Gina, the office manager is super sweet. I just can't say enough wonderful things about them.

The group of Masters Roofing were so diligent to each area of removing old shingles to putting the new ones down. The final touch ups and cleaning the yard around the house. Neighbors even mentioned how nice the roof looked and were amazed how it looked around the house when the crew left.

These guys were great. They were very professional. Thy did a great job with no blunders. They were quick, clean and did the job better than we expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best for a reasonable price.!
