"Hello Mrs. [Member Name Removed], it is unfortunate that you feel the need to write a review like this. I have discussed, catered, and rectified every little “problem” that you have thrown at us. I’ve never had issues with a client like I’ve had with you. The job is, and was done properly. The downspouts were installed how they are installed on every single home. You wanted them dumping out into your driveway which is not standard, so that is considered additional work and a homeowner preference brought to our attention after they were installed, which we came back and redirected the downspouts. You were very very very happy with the work weeks/months ago. There was one missing section of siding that we didn’t paint but I sent them back out there and he painted it. There was a broken flood light (who’s to say it wasn’t broken before the project began) which I was happy to replace. Even bought you an extra one (you were very grateful for that). Then you attempted to pay us in full the remaining balance. The payment did NOT go through because YOU entered the wrong micro deposit amounts. This was again at a time that you were still happy with the work. It is not our fault that you entered the wrong amounts and the payment didn’t come through. Which I personally came to your home to discuss with you. At this time you had no issues with the work and we tried finding a solution for a different payment method. We went back-and-forth for two weeks then you found an additional “problem” with the fascia (these are the “holes”) you are claiming. They were not holes, just notches in the wood. Which is purely and aesthetics issue because Wood has imperfections in it. Regardless I said that I will send him out to swap it out. As you stated, he did. You then looked me dead in the eyes and said that you were having the bank send me the check. Now a week or so later you are withholding money AGAIN for a 3 foot piece of facia. That is hardly acceptable nor is the amount of money you owe even relatable to the little tiny piece of facia that needs to be swapped out. On the contract it does state no warranty exist until paid in full, the work you want done is a warranty item because it was not done wrong the wood just has imperfections in it which is not uncommon nor wrong. It’s almost as if you’re trying to find problems with the work now not to pay. In the beginning you were ecstatic with the work and the house looks a lot better than it did before and you had no issues. Lastly, in the beginning you “claimed” that we cracked the ceiling during the roof install. Which is not uncommon on older homes. As usual, I was happy to rectify the issue and have the crack addressed. This was in the early stages of the project, when you were being reasonable. I even sent my interior guys there but per YOUR REQUEST you did not want anyone in your home because of the virus and your 80+ year old sick parents live with you. So you can’t complain about work not being done when it’s YOUR CHOICE. The power attic vent hasn’t kicked on yet because it hasn’t been hot enough outside. I’ve explained this to you 100 times. Regardless, if for whatever reason it did not work, it’s under warranty and just like every other little problem you made up we would fix it. We are a highly reputable company that takes a lot of pride in our customer satisfaction and quality of work. Your misfortunes were of your own and the contract has not been paid in full so no warranty exist."
