We can't say enough great things about Scott and his team. They are efficient, knowledgeable, careful and ALWAYS prompt and responsive. Pricing is more than reasonable and they are willing to work with you to figure out the most cost-effective way to get the job done. Unless Scott leaves the company, Marshall's will be our AV/Alarm people for life.

I don't know how they hid all the wires, but there is not a wire showing! They did an excellent job getting it all set up. They were very professional. I have set it off accidentally, and they responded within 3 minutes. I'm going to have them come out and do some additional work.

Scott and Brian were great!!! They did an incredible job. I held off on posting my feedback because I wanted to make sure there were no problems later... there were NONE!!! Scott even came to reconfigure the remote when the satelite folks came out to install the new HD dish. I had three different quotes on the project and Marshall was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but, the BEST value. Prices on the job ranged from $3,800-$17,000 . They also gave me different pricing levels depending on how much I wanted to spend on equipment. What I also liked about Marshall was that they either picked up the phone when I called me back that same day. Other companies either put me in a phone tree with no live person or never called back. I HIGHLY recommed them, I love my audio system!!!

Scott came to my home provided a quote providing different options for the speaker installation. I originally was planning for in-wall speakers, but due to our vaulted ceilings, Scott suggested in-ceiling speakers. Scott, Brian and Jay showed up at my house when they said they would. They worked as a team, each helping each other instinctively. They answered all my of questions as the worked progressed and were each very friendly. They were careful and considerate of my house and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished.

I could not be more happy with the results. They were good guys, clearly very knowledgeable about the latest trends and they did not pressure me at all to buy product from them. They installed a flat screen TV over the fireplace, plus an integrated surround sound system. As mentioned, their outside the box solution was very savvy and the end result is my family is extremely happy with the result. Their prices were very fair and their work ethic was real solid. They came back to the house twice to tweak the system, gave me their cell phone to call them whenever (I did), etc. All in all, I would highly recommend them to others...and I have.

Job 1: Scott and Brian are great to work with. They know a lot about home theatre, and are very willing to work with the homeowner and answer questions. They even brought a shop-vac with them and cleaned up the dust that was made when drilling to place the wires. Job 2: These guys do top notch work. They came out to look at the room we wanted to use. It was a difficult fit due to high ceilings and the location of the projector in relation to the screen. They worked it all out and came back a week later to do the installation. We couldn't be more pleased.
