Mark is a thorough professional. He was always punctual and very thorough in his work. When I miscalculated the amount of wallpaper needed for my wall he was gracious enough to accommodate me into his future schedule thereby giving me time to buy extra wallpaper. I would highly recommend Mark for any of your wallpaper needs.

Fabulous!! We had wallpaper in guest bath that builder had not primed underneath...a real mess! Mark was able to beautifully prime and paint over. There is NO hint of the ugly paper underneath. I have had several people look at removing the wallpaper in my master bath and bedroom.  This wallpaper was up when we purchased our home.  The walls were not properly prepared prior to the installation of the wallpaper so any attempt at removing it had damaged the sheetrock itself.  Mark looked at it and told us that the best thing to do was paint over the wall paper.  He had to repair several areas and then he prepared the walls for painting, ensuring that there were no seams showing and then painted these walls.

It was a painstaking job and he did it with no complaints to us and updated us continually on the progress and what was being done.  He is very courteous and very respectful of our home and left his work area neat and organized when he left each day. We love our new look and are more than satisfied with Mark's work.

We have asked him to paint most of the remaining rooms in our home which he will be doing in March of this year.

Mark was here when he said he would be and cleaned up after every day.  On several occasions we changed things a little mid-job and he was very cooperative.

I had Mark here last year to paint my bedroom, bathroom and dining room. I was so pleased with the way it turned out that I invited him back seven months later to paint my kitchen and to repair a few cracks in the ceiling. Mark gave me a time frame of five days to complete the job, this time around was a complete disaster. Mark stated he works 9:30 to 5:30 every day yet he never arrived before 10:00 and was packing up every night at 4:30 and 5:00 , in between those hours he took an hour for lunch{no problem} and at least 6 to 8 cigarette breaks a day, each one lasting approximately 15 to 20 minutes, so I was lucky if he actually worked 5 hours. He did give each wall 2 coats but the line between the ceiling and wall was horrible, he did go over it but at the end it wasn't much better. If I wanted my kitchen to look like that I would have painted it myself. The 2 cracks he repaired in the ceiling, let me just say the end result looked as bad as the cracks. He had every size ladder there is yet he stood all over my furniture to paint, while he covered my hardwood floors with drop cloths, he did not always cover the furniture, needless to say there was a lot of clean up of wood furniture. Mark also walked across my granite counter top and dislodged the sink from the granite, his defense to that was that the builders didn't install the sink properly. It was at this point I asked him to leave my house immediately. So in the end it cost me over $800 and I still need to call someone in to paint baseboards, clean up the line between ceiling and wall and to properly fix the sink. Never again.

Mark was here promptly Monday morning and finished the job in the time he had estimated.  Mark works by himself and that was a plus for me because I did not want several people roaming around the house.  We are very pleased with the way the rooms look and we already have Mark coming back to paint a bedroom and two baths.

My house is 33 years old and the walls needed repairs.  The walls in the bathroom and kitchen had wallpaper on them.  Rather than charge me to remove wallpaper and sand walls, Mark was able to prepare the wallpaper to paint over them.  I had had this done in the past and was a little leery about trying it again.  Mark assured me he could prep and paint the walls so you would not be able to tell there was wallpaper underneath - and he delivered!  This was an excellent experience from beginning to end.  Mark is professional, punctual and really cares about his work.  He works very hard to cause the least interruption in the use of your rooms.  He also made several suggestions about wall color that were very helpful and right on target.  In addition to his professionalism and work ethic, he is genuinely a nice, positive person to be around and an absolute gentleman.  Mark absolutely transformed my home and I was amazed at how he was able to paint over the wallpaper and you honestly cannot tell.  This is because of the amount of time he spends to prep the walls.  I am so spoiled by his work that I honestly do not plan to have anyone else paint my home.  In fact, I have already scheduled him for work later this month (January, 2014).  If you like perfection, Mark is your man!  Because of his excellent reputation, his time is booked months in advance.  I consider this the mark of a good contractor.  You may have to wait a few months to get him, but it is well worth the wait!

Mark and Brad painted all 4 sides of my house plus a shed and an indoor screened porch. They did an outstanding job, everything came out perfect.

Mark arrived for the estimate on time.  I found his price to be very reasonable.  He was able to schedule the work quickly. His associate arrived on time as well, and the job was completed within the quoted timeframe.  I would give the quality of the work a B to a B+ because I would have liked the walls to have been smoothed out a little more before they were painted.

He did a really good job and his prices were competitive. He was friendly and clean. I recommended to him to a lot of people and he got a lot of work in our neighborhood.

Mark is not only a talented painter but is also an exceptionally dependable, pleasant person. He is a hard worker and wonderfully attentive to details and a professional through and through. We are so pleased with his work that we now plan to have him paint the exterior of our home.

I left a message on Mark's work phone and by the afternoon I had his cell phone number and a detailed message from him. He scheduled a time the following day to come out and give us an estimate. We wanted to have a large bathroom, our kitchen, and a hallway painted. The cost was very reasonable for the job. Mark provided a written estimate. Unfortunately he was booked up so we had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for him to start the job. The walls in the bathroom and kitchen area had been wallpapered. Even after several scubbings there was a layer of glue that continued to come through. In the bathroom there was an area where some of the sheet rock came off when we took down the wallpaper. Mark assured us it was repairable. There was also a corner in the bathroom where it was difficult to remove the wallpaper. Mark told us it would not be a problem, and he delivered what he promised. The walls were repaired, and even with a light gray paint there is no evidence of the previous damage or any bleed through where the dark blue wall paper was. Mark always arrived when he promised and was very neat with the work place. He placed drop cloths down in the hallways and in the rooms where he worked. I would definitely hire him again.
