We contacted 3 companies for quotes, Mark was the only one who responded. We had 2 stumps that needed grinding, 1 was very large and the other a bit smaller, his quote was reasonable for the work involved. We wanted to keep the mulch and the job was completed in less than an hour. We would hire him again.

Super prompt reply to my request. Sent pictures over that detailed the job and got an estimate immediately. Mark & team arrived on-time, (called ahead to let me know he was on the way!) removed the stumps and the surrounding roots and left the area in pristine condition. Team worked fast and efficiently. Despite making the estimate appointment on one of the hurricane days earlier this fall, Mark still showed up on time during the inclement weather, did a detailed inspection and provided a fair price on the spot. Work was scheduled for the following Wednesday and Mark called to let me know he could arrive a day early. As the owner of a residential home services firm, my expectations are very high and Mark delivered quality service. Would recommend this company without hesitation, thank you for a job well done.

Mark came out promptly and went over the issue in an area in my front yard where we lost a tree. There were lots of weeds growing and Mark explained the issue regarding the type of tree and root system causing the issue. Mark provided me with a very fair quote. He then came out two days later and Mark and his team thoroughly removed the previous stump and root system causing the issue. He team also landscaped the area so that I can easily plant grass seed this fall to complete the process. I was very pleased with Mark and his team in their professionalism and the quality of their work. I would gladly use again (and plan too soon).

My wife and I needed 3 separate root systems/stumps removed from our yard and we of course were looking for a good balance of price and quality, (based on the customer service since pictures are not always available). We received numerous quotes that were astronomical, and of course those companies had terrific customer service. Then we received quotes from companies whose price was great, but after reading their reviews and just simply talking with them on the phone, we didn't feel comfortable with them doing the job. We wanted a company that took pride in their work, had great pricing, and was a pleasure to work with. We were reaching for the stars, we know. Mark hit all 3 notes right away. We got a quote that was incredibly competitive, he communicated exactly what he was planning to do, he took measurements and didn't need us to be home at the same time, which was great, because we work during the day, and he was professional, personable and polite on the phone. Invoicing was a breeze. We sent payment via mail, and he was on his way. I can't recommend Mark enough.

Work was great, no complaints there! My complaint is with the cost! Was given estimates from other people that the cost should be between $60 and $80! I was charged $200 and it took less than 40 minutes!

Mark was very prompt and professional. I gave him the dimensions of the Stump and he was able to quote it on the phone and came out to do the work within a couple days. The stump and roots were completely ground up and the mulch was all raked out and pushed into the hole. The work was quick and clean. I would definitely use him again.

Highly recommending Mark for his stump grinding services. Professional, efficient, careful, knowledgeable. He really took care of our yard as he had to manuever his equipment to the back yard. Mark was right on time and did the work quickly and professionally. He is well-equipped to do the job safely. He uses screens around the stump while grinding it to contain the chips and avoid injury to bystanders. I would DEFINITELY use him again!
