Handy man for a day. a great deal. they did a good job.

I work for an HOA management company in Charlotte. When I started, one of the property managers recommended that I use this company for the handy-man repairs on the properties, so I started calling them to quote the repair projects I had. This is one of the most responsive companies that I have work with. They are very timely on getting estimates back to me, and their prices are always in-line with our other vendors prices. I would recommend (and do recommend) this company to any home owner that need to have repairs made to their home (inside or out).

I have been using Maintenance Specialists to do my home maintenance repairs for over a year now. I first contacted them one day when I had a roof leak that had caused a water stain in my bedroom. They came out and took care of both the roof leak and the interior repairs. Since then, they have done all types of repairs for me like hanging a ceiling fan, painting a bathroom, repairing the stopper in my toilet, replacing damaged wood on the outside of my house, replacing my garbage disposal, and repairing the pickets on my back deck. They are always kind and considerate of my time, and their prices are always fair. I don't think there is any home maintenance repairs that these guys can't do.
I would recommend these guys to anyone.
