Very professional, came out quickly. Had quote the next day. Took a few days to decide, then hired them. They scheduled me for two weeks later. They came out at 8am, tore out the old, graded poured and finished by 4. Very impressive to watch the process.

Miguel the project leader was excellent. Project looks fantastic. Very pleased with everyone we worked with at Madwell.

Setup an appointment to get a quote and Michael came to the house. He had the quote to us very quickly and the price was reasonable. He gave us an estimated timeline of when the work could be done (approx 3 weeks). Jonathan did the walk through before the project began. Since this was our first time going with stamped concrete, he did a great job explaining the process to us. The crew came the next day and started our walkway. We found out that morning the stamp we wanted was not available, but Jonathan was quick to send us backups. Project was primarily done in one day and Miguel (super nice man) came back the following day for the final touches and adding the seal. Taking a couple days to dry with all the humidity, but visually looks beautiful. They did a good job cleaning up, but go behind and check before they leave, because the concrete does tend to splatter quite a bit. If they add concrete anywhere near a porch, please make sure to cover up all your furniture. Jonathan fair warned us there would be dust, but we never imagined just how much, so had to spend several hours that evening cleaning the entire screen porch. The crew worked hard & Jonathan was always super responsive. Would definitely use them again.

We contracted to Madewell to remove our old driveway, side walk, and add a side parking spot. Johnathan and his crew were very professional. They came as scheduled and completed the job in one day including demo, grading new area, laying forms, and poured the driveway and sidewalk. The crew cleaned up very well and we had minimal damage to yard, way less than I had expected. Jonathan and his crew were very professional, communicated well, and easy to work with and would sure recommend them. We are very pleased with our new driveway!

Great value for the money, worked proficiently, and responded to our concerns about poor work site left overs by sending a landscape crew to clean it up. Landscape crew did a great job! Thanks Johnathon!

The customer service by the representatives from the company were excellent. Michael, Jonathan and Josh were absolute professionals. My issues fall with the polices in which they operate under at Madewell. The concrete jobs are excellent, we are very happy with the quality of work that was put in towards the concrete. Our issue is how they left our yard afterwards. We live in a new community and we have seen several home improvement jobs where concrete was laid and it looked very clean with little disturbance to the lawn. This was not the case with our experience with Madewell. They destroyed our yard. I don't think the pictures express my utter disgust of what I have to look at everyday. Most companies would use cardboard or some type of material to provide a path for the small bulldozer they use. Not here. They ran it across my yard, leaving trails all across my yard of where it was operating. Concrete spills are all over my yard causing further damage to our lawn as well as concrete splatter on my house. It was a completely sloppy job for the amount of money that we put into it. It is part of their policy that you remove the debris and dirt afterwards but the condition that they left it in just caused us to hire another contractor to clean up their mess. We have to replace all of the sod in our front yard because of the damage that was caused. I was asked at the end of the job "If there was any reason why we wouldn't give 5 stars", look at the photos and you can see for yourself. We are very disappointed with Madewell. It has been two weeks after the disaster and we have not heard a peep from them besides clearing our checks. No follow-up, no survey of their quality of work, nothing. They placed a sign in our yard that we quickly removed and trashed. Our neighbors come by and take photos of our yard and when they hire contractors they ensure that they DO NOT hire Madewell. You can't imagine how embarrassing that is. Not to mention that we have an HOA and it is clearly in violation of. We have been given a notice to have this repaired within a certain timeframe or we will be subject to fines. Just a terrible experience and costly because we have to go right behind this company and spend more money to fix their mess. Really, really frustrated with this company.

I hired Madewell Concrete, to replace my concrete driveway. I paid Madewell Concrete $50,000. I thought Madewell was a reputable, reliable company. I was wrong! I chose them because they offered a 10-year warranty. What good is a warranty if no one returns your calls? Since Madewell completed the driveway, my garage continues to flood every time it rains. The water comes in from three of four downspout locations. The project manager, Jonathan Lesh, attempted to repair it with some glue. The water also comes in from a corner where the concrete channels the water flows back toward the garage. After the Madewell crew left, I started working on my irrigation system and noticed one side of the driveway is no longer working. Another area has a broken pipe and a missing piece of pipe that was broken off. The concrete started cracking 2 days after the crew left. The project manager, Jonathan Lesh has become unresponsive. I attempted to have the sales representative, Michael Richardson, get involved but he also has not returned my emails. During the process of hiring Madewell Concrete, I walked everyone through issues and requirements I wanted to be covered by the quote and handled during the job. This list was created so there would be no surprises during the job and was given to Madewell employees (and other contractors) during this process. During these discussions, we talked about have all the downspouts put into piping under the concrete. I also wanted some electrical low voltage wires put into piping. During the pouring of the concrete, I keep asking where the piping was. One was put in at the last minute, and some had to be retrofitted into my flower bed after the fact. And some never made it into the project. I would not hire this company ever again.

Everyone from the salesman to the guys doing the work are professional and helpful and they explain everything they are doing. I had a couple of specialized things I needed done and they knocked it out of the park. You never hear the good stuff about companies any more,these guys deserve the praise.

The contact were great along with keeping us updated with what was going on, when the project would be finish and delays.

The superb team effort was outstanding. Jonathan was very thorough in explaining the all details as the project was completed. The final project exceeded my expectations. The space opened so many possibilities for the newly paved area. Awesome job.
