Lowe's

It was an excellent service, they are very timely and did exactly what I want them to do.

They were pretty responsive and was here when they said they would be. There was a mix up where the materials were being delivered and they gave me a credit.

I haven't purchased anything yet, but the employees there are very informative. They've answered any questions I've had about getting a new stove as well as given me information on converting from an electric to gas stove. I've purchased tile for the bathroom renovation so far. They've been very patient and they've given a lot of advice on what I should and shouldn't do with my bathroom renovation.

I did not seek help in the store. I knew exactly what I needed, and was able to find it right away. Any time I would need help though, most of the people are not very familiar with where things are in the store. I generally go to the self checkout lanes. The people there are friendly, and professional.

The price was fair. They could have had a team of installers, instead of one guy trying to do everything by himself.

I am a little frustrated with Lowe's.  They still haven't come up with the 250 dollar refund.  I sent all the paperwork in.  I shop at Lowe's for everything.  Took them three weeks to put the deck in.  They had many other jobs going on at the same time.  It's rated 35,000 pounds.

It was a good experience.  The hot water has been working fine since they did the work.  I just that they are very professional and I was very happy with the guy that came in and installed the dishwasher.  I did speak to him about water heater because it was 14 years old and it?s in the attic and I kind of was getting worried about possibly something happening and he at that time told me that fourteen years is about time I think of replacing it because the average time for water heaters is about 10 -12 years.  He was very good installing the dishwasher and that is why when I was buying the water heater and ordered the tank I requested the same company.  

I requested the same company so I must be happy.  I cannot rate them on price because my dealings was with Lowe's and I didn't deal with them directly.  The price agreed upon was given by Lowe's from the plumbing company.  Lowe's did a follow up on the company after the service was provided.

I've been using them for many many years and I am happy with them. Pricing is pretty good. They took out the old carpets and installed new laminated wooden flooring. When they took the carpets out they found that the cement flooring was not quite leveled. So they leveled the floor for us. They also had to put carpets in the stairs. They did a good job for us.

The service went okay. I had to call constantly to see whether or not they were coming out and what their game plan was. It seemed the person in charge of the project had some health issues and had to take leave. I am not sure they correctly communicated what was going on with our project. The different crews completed the work in at least 8 weeks. It was pretty difficult getting the project scheduled because of how hard it was to get a hold of them.

The plumber was sloppy. He put it in well, but didn't clean it up. There was a lot of glue/silicon around it. He kept scraping it on my new counter tops. I told him to stop scraping. It's still there.

The only thing I disliked was the man who was suppose to put it in kept rescheduling because of a broken down truck. It took three times of rescheduling to get him in. I had to call the guy in charge. When he finally got here, they were on-time and did a good job. The job was fine. I went with Lowe's because I wanted an established company.

The people from Lowe's are very reliable, I'm okay with them.

We were pretty happy with our purchase. I have always gone to Lowe's. It was a good experience.

I was surprised at how excellent the experience was with Lowes. The crew that came out exceeded our expectations. I was so pleasantly surprised when they came out, and didn't cut any corners. We just couldn't believe the excellence. They did things that they were not required to do. It was the best home improvement experience I have ever had. The pricing was excellent! We felt very good about everything. They were here when they said they would be. They worked the entire time, and were very efficient. I would highly recommend the team that came to my home! I would definitely use them again in the future.

It's difficult to get any satisfaction from Lowe's after an installation. At one point they offered me $25 as a good will gift! Ask for a good installer. Check the installer's references before they do the work (Angie's List is a good start!). It helps to have a man with you, even if he just stands there doing nothing. I got the job done right in the end, but it was a big hassle.

I HAD TO CALL THEM 5 TIMES TO GET THEM TO COME MEASURE. THEY NEVER CALLED WHEN PROMISED AND ALWAYS TRIED TO BLAME (THEIR) CONTRACTORS. I FINALLY GAVE UP AND WENT ELSEWHERE WHEN I COULD NEVER GET THEM TO RETURN CALLS OR CALL WHEN PROMISED. THE GUY WHO FINALLY SHOWED UP TO MEASURE WAS TRYING TO MEASURE IT WRONG. UNRELIABLE. PERIOD.

THEY WERE HELPFUL WITH MY PURCHASE. THEY WERE PATIENT WITH ME AS I ASKED FOR PRICING ON DIFFERENT CARPETS. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SUBCONTRACTOR THEY SENT TO ME, RON LAWING. INITIALLY, BEFORE MOVING INTO MY HOME, I GAVE THEM MY MEASUREMENTS FOR CARPETING. WHEN I WAS GIVEN THE PRICING, IT DID NOT INCLUDE LABOR. WHEN I WENT IN TO PURCHASE THE CARPET, THERE WAS A BIT OF STICKER SHOCK BECAUSE THE PRICE INCLUDED THE LABOR. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS PRIOR TO PURCHASING, I MAY HAVE SHOPPED AROUND MORE AND POSSIBLY WOULD HAVE WENT WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THIS WAS MY ONLY COMPLAINT.

I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THE DOORS WERE IN. THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I WENT DOWN TO SEE WHAT HAPPEN AND ONLY THE STORM DOOR ARRIVED NOT THE EXTERIOR DOOR. LOWES SAID THE COMPANY NEVER GOT THE ORDER. THEY REORDERED THE DOOR THREE WEEKS LATER IT STILL DID NOT COME IN AND THE DOOR COMPANY STILL NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. I TALKED THE WITH MANGER AND ENDED UP GETTING THE DOOR IN A WEEK AND A HALF LATER.
