Bobby did a terrific job…he is service oriented and want his customers to be satisfied with his service…. Bobby installed my 220 for my electric vehicle charger…he also made me aware of a rebate that Duke Energy gave so bottom line with the money I got back from Duke Bobby’s install cost me nothing… I was happy to recommend Bobby to a neighbor down the street…

Danny made quick work of six (6) smart light switches in no time flat. I called in morning and he was able to work my project in same day. Quick, professional, problem-solved another issue while on the job. Highly recommend, yes.

I needed a tv hung on the wall and an outlet added. I was quoted $275 and when he got here I told him to loop a digital antenna through the attic, it's one cord and he said he could do it, but it would be $100 more and when he was done, it took 2 days to do, 10 holes in my wall and the antenna wire was never looped, or attached at all and he had an optical cord wrong. I fixed it after he left. HE also asked for another $100 b/c he had to move the mount down, b/c it wasn't where he said it would be. We had a mount with a tilt on it and he couldn't even install it. Nobody should use him because he didn't even do the work that I paid a lot of money for.

Bobby has shown himself to be a man of great integrity and character.  He is committed to satisfying his customers and meeting their expectations for quality and standing behind his craftsmanship.  Mr. Bobby arrived when he said he would and immediately got to work installing the ceiling fan.  He was both professional and courteous.  He also made sure that the fan was working properly and the work was done to my satisfaction prior to leaving.  I would strongly recommend using his company.

The price that he quoted over the phone was exactly what we paid. I would recommend him and will use him in the future .

Bobby is a very nice guy and seemed to know his stuff when it came to handling electrical wires. It was a relatively small job which he completed quickly. Overall we were very happy.

When our living room Chandelier was hung, the electrician determined that the gang box (holds switches on wall) could not be expanded due to stud placement, so a dimmer/switch had to be special ordered (June 7th). A temporary switch was installed (no dimmer function). He said he would just drop by and install the dimmer when it came in and ask to be paid. He said that there would not be any additional cost other than the dimmer switch that was special ordered. We paid him the full amount (dumb of us) but figured it would be fine since we have used him before (he did a $300 job grounding our electrical system when our main water line was replaced and added an electrical outlet ~$200 in our basement the year before). Several weeks passed and we didn't hear from the electrician. I then placed many phone calls over 3-4 weeks with no returned call. Phone calls were not returned until I called again in early August. Good news -- he took my call and he had the part and would install August 8th at 9:00 AM. My wife took the morning off and...he never showed up or had the courtesy to call. Several weeks and another 3-4 phone calls later I finally was able to catch him today (8/29/11). He said he had been real busy on another job. I told him that I was thinking about just ordering the dimmer and installing it myself since he was unresponsive. He offered to drop the part by if I would pay for it. I told him that unless he could install it this week, I wasn't interested in paying for it. Bobby was always polite and seemed to do good work...he just doesn't care much about customer service and moved on to other things since he was already paid. Lesson learned - I should have held some of his money back until the dimmer switch was replaced.

I own a rental property business and I had recently purchased an older home to use as a rental property. The home had outdated wiring and needed an upgrade. I also purchased new appliances that needed to be hooked up including: a refrigerator, dishwasher, water heater, washer/dryer, hvac unit, and oven/stove unit. I called this company and the gentleman that answered was very courteous and helpful. He came out to the house and gave me an estimate for the materials and his services. He was very thorough and took the time to walk through the house and survey the work that was needed and even gave me a few suggestions on how to save money. They came out to do the job and were very professional and didn't waste any time getting to what needed to be done. They made sure I was informed of the progress of the job and always made me feel as though I was their top priority. They worked together with other sub contractors to make sure the job ran smoothly and finished in a timely manner. The end result was a job well done; it was neat and and reflected this company's knowledge of electrical work. They warranty their work and they do what they say they will.The estimate was right on the money for the job with no extra charges added in. I have dealt with a lot of electrical companies and I was impressed. I would definitely reccommend this company to others who want no hassle and above and beyond service.
